Just steps away from ski trails at the Okemo Mountain Resort and amazing community amenities, this warm and inviting mountainview condo in the popular Winterplace development is your perfect winter getaway.

Step inside to find a charming, wood-paneled entry hall where you can shed your winter gear before making yourself at home in the open living space. The full kitchen has beautiful wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and both a breakfast bar and an adjacent table. Curl up by the wood-burning fire place in the living room or sink into the comfortable furniture with your favorite vacation read. Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer are provided as well.

With seasonal community amenities that include an indoor swimming pool, hot tubs, and tennis and basketball courts, Winterplace is a wonderful spot to find both relaxation and adventure. There are two chair lifts that come up from the base lodge area and let out by Winterplace. The trail leading back down to the base lodge from Winterplace is rated for beginners, making this a fantastic location for skiers of all skill levels.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Overall it was excellent!!!! We love Okemo!! We were just not able to communicate with the host. There wasn’t a binder that informed us how to walk to the mountain or where the pool was. We ended up finding everything, but that would have been nice. The mountain was accessible about 250 feet away from condo. We really enjoyed our stay!!!

We had a fabulous long weekend here! Check in was easy, the condo had absolutely everything we needed. It is a short walk to access the slopes and ski storage overnight is convenient. The pool and hot tubs were enjoyed along with the community fire pit. Stay here and have a wonderful time!!!

Great spot, kitchen was fully stocked, beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels and blankets to go around. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again with my family.

Almost Perfect

My two teens and I recently spent a long weekend at this property at Okemo. Most everything was great. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils, the beds were comfortable, and the layout was perfect for our needs. However, we had one big issue. The unit's heating system did not work properly. No matter what I set the thermostat to, the temperature in the unit stayed at 74-75 degrees. This made it impossible to sleep well and also made it extremely uncomfortable to get ready for skiing as we all became overheated very quickly. We tried opening windows, but then had issues with some areas becoming too cold while others stayed warm. While the temperature issue was a problem, the bigger one was management's response to it. After I emailed the management company to explain the issue, the response I received was that it's a "warm unit". In other words, they knew that the temperature ran high, but hadn't done anything about it -- nor did they intend to. I responded to them that that was not an acceptable answer, but they never got back to me. I understand that issues happen, but expect that they be addressed in a reasonable fashion. In this case, that did not happen. Very disappointing.

My family and I had a great long weekend at this on-mountain condo. The apartment is comfortable & the kitchen is well outfitted - we cooked every meal, including baking, and we found every utensil & pan that we needed (there were no staples or condiments because of COVID). The outdoor ski lockers are a great convience, as are the ski racks at the top of the quad lifts. The building is very quiet - we heard nothing over the holiday weekend. The adults skied in and out via the Lower Mountain Road trail, which is only about 100 feet away, and we took the 3yo down to the top of the A and B quad lifts. It’s a bit of hike walking down to those lifts with a child - that was the one downside that we didn’t count on when planning this trip. Altogether I highly recommend this house.

Easy ski in/ski out access. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was great. The amenities are excellent, beds are comfortable. It really felt like home. The only thing I would say that is negative is that it would have been nice to have a King size bed in the master instead of a queen and it's a little walk to and from the trail. It's not that easy to ski in as you have to make it onto a certain trail from the top of the mountain. But, I wish I had stayed longer as we got the hang of it the day we left.
