The house is clean and charming! It was too hot at this time of year to enjoy the outside seating area but the yard is pretty! The living area is spacious! Bonus slot and poker machine which sadly were not working. Beautiful property- we’d stay there again!

First class all the way! Wonderful home in a wonderful location! Host was accommodating and very easy to reach. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone looking for a location to stay in Surprise Arizona.

We were having a family Christmas for the first time in over 10 years, in Surprise. We needed another location to accommodate some of us. Found this gem within blocks of my family. Everything we needed was there. The house was furnished perfectly. No complaints here. The host always answered in a timely fashion. Oh, and we all loved taking our chance on the slot machines. Will stay there again!

I stayed for a week with my 5 year old son. The neighborhood was safe and there were several parks nearby. I appreciated that the house was well stocked (laundry room, kitchen, toiletries). We had everything we needed!

This home was clean and well stocked of essentials. Communication was excellent. Neighborhood is new and safe with a nearby park a few houses down as well as a couple community pools. I came back to AZ for surgery and some work and felt like I was home again. This home is located near lots of restaurants, entertainment (Fat Cats & Uptown Alley), and shopping.

I would definitely stay here again! You couldn't ask for a nicer, safer neighborhood, the house is still like new, very clean and stocked with everything you need! Has a nice, private back yard with tons of seating, has a cornhole game, soccer ball and lots of games for kids to play inside as well. It even had a scooter that my 7 year old used to go around the neighborhood on to visit the many parks. Oh and the hosts couldn't be better either, super responsive! Just can't say enough good things about this place!

It was a great property for our needs

The only thing was there were personal items and a whole cabinet full of booze we were not expecting that and it was difficult for several of our party that are recovering alcoholics there was also left over food in the frig and clothing in closets unusual for VRBO properties but worked around it all

The home was great for the four of us. It was clean, comfortable, and cozy. It was well appointed with dishes, utensils and coffee. Lots of towels for everyone. Having Plenty of blankets and pillows was very nice. Only recommendation is to give a map of the neighborhood to feasibly find the common areas like pool, parks etc. we found the pool after driving around and using something we found on line.

The house is new and looks great. But, I would recommend that the owner upgrade some of the linens and kitchen utensils. The contents seemed very well used. We ended up buying our own bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, kitchen towels, wine glasses (there were none), wine opener, and coffee pot. I would also recommend new blankets and comforters. Our comforter was ripped and too large to wash. Also, it was advertised as having access to 3 pools but we rented the month of February and we weren’t told the pools weren't opened til March! We were definitely disappointed. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and if some of these recommendations were followed, it’d be a 5 star VRBO.

We chose this property because we were preparing the Thanksgiving dinner and then transporting it to our family get together nearby. It was as easy as cooking at home. One suggestion and we may have missed it… a home usage guide with explanations as to how and what to use , local restaurants etc. Annette was wonderful. Highly recommended!

This place was wonderful. Clean and well provisioned and great for a family or small group. No yard (yet?) but beautiful indoor spaces and lots of stores/restaurants a few minutes drive away. We’ll be back.

Cute House in Marley Park

We enjoyed the house very much. The only thing we missed was an iron and ironing board and it would have been nice to have a king sized bed in the master bedroom. My husband is over 6’3’. Otherwise, it was a very clean and comfortable house.. Marley Park is a very nice and safe community. My husband and daughter went for walks and morning runs.
