ALLEGHENY SPRINGS 440 - 2 BEDROOM PLUS 2 BATH - BEDDING: Master BR King and a queen sleeper sofa, BR #2 King. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This 2 bedroom plus den 2 bath sleeps 8. This unit has a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a large living room with a gas fireplace. King beds in the bedrooms with memory foam sleeper sofas in the living room and den.

SLOPE SIDE - Allegheny is located adjacent to the Skidder slope at the top of the Ballhooter Lift - Between Mountain Lodge and Highland House.

BUILDING AMENITIES: Air Conditioning; High-Speed Internet; Free Long Distance; Elevators; Fitness Room; Sauna; Outdoor Heated Pool; Hot Tub; Ski Storage lockers/Bike Storage; Laundry facility on site; Restaurant and Bar on Site (Seasonal); Parking in main Village Parking Lot across Snowshoe Drive and Valet Parking is available for an additional per night fee.

PLEASE CHECK THE AVAILABILITY OF LIFT TICKETS/LESSONS OR BIKE PARK PASSES/BIKE RENTALS/LESSONS BEFORE MAKING YOUR RESERVATION.

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.

Loved this condo. My friends and I came for a music festival. I booked this room as soon as it was announced. A gorgeous view with an ample deck, plenty of space - there were only three of us, but we could have had another one or two in the den and it would have been just as comfortable. Thanks very much! Hope to stay here again next year!

This was a great spot for us. We could not have had easier access to the slopes and the on site pool was great. We cook a lot on our trips and we were excited to find the knives were actually sharp enough to cut with! Thanks

Great property! Comfortable beds. Private ski locker easily accessible by taking the stairs just two doors down. Interestingly, we never turned on the heat in the condo the entire time we were there even though the outside temp got down to 15 for two mornings, and the high temp was never above 42. Actually slept with the window open a bit. We really enjoyed our stay, and will rent this condo again next time we visit Snowshoe!

Condo was great but could have used an overall deep cleanining. The slab table is super cool but rough edge would have been difficult to seat a full table had we had more people. Overall a good place.

We spent two nights in this amazing unit introducing two friends to WV. The condo was perfect, immaculately clean, and had every possible amenity. We wish we could have stayed longer and hope to return soon!

Title of my review says it all. Key was not available as described for the check-in process. Led to a 25 minute delay with family of all ages waiting in car. Unit had no heat during our stay and it was 30 degrees at night. Had those two occurences not happened, would have been a more favorable experience.

This unit was nice and spacious for our family. We enjoyed the views from the deck overlooking the slopes and the fireplace. The soaking tub was amazing. The unit was very clean and updated. We will definitely be renting this property again.

The key card didn't work so had to go all the way to the desk to reset. TV was confusing couldn't find local channels to watch a simple ball game. Other than that good overall stay. Very good location to the village and awesome view. Would stay again.

This property is much nicer than the pictures and has been remodeled. The master bath with soaking tub is amazing! The living area is large and comfortable for a family and easy to navigate cooking and sharing a family meal. The den is nice extra room!

Location was great. Unit was great. Will be coming back next year. Perfect for if you have kids, or if you don’t. Only gripe which is minuscule, they need to change the air filters on the hvac units. They were pretty gnarly.

Incredibly convenient condo for our family of four- we could have easily fit several more people which was great for hosting our friends for Apres Ski and dinner. Love having the convenience of the ski locker . I would suggest bringing a noise machine or ear plugs as the snow machines are directly outside of the two bedrooms and are noisy when turned on.

Wonderful location in the heart of the Village with easy ski in / ski out access. Layout of the large 2 bedroom unit was excellent and easily accommodated my family of five. Views of the mountain were awesome. Very clean and recently renovated unit. We’ll definitely try to rent this unit on our next visit.

Very nice condo in the heart of the village at the top of Snowshoe mountain! Right in front of the Ballhooter lift makes ski-in/ski-out the easiest. The condo is nicely decorated and well outfitted for cooking meals. Was very comfortable for our family of 6. Ski lockers keep the snow melt outside the condo. Hope to stay there again in the future!

We had a great stay in (what we're told) was a newly renovated room. We had 6 people - my wife and I, our 3 kids (ages 1, 4, 7) and my mother-in-law. We made full use of all the storage so we rarely (if ever) felt cramped. There was an issue with one of the showers when we arrived, but a maintenance person was on call even late into the night and the issue was resolved quickly the next morning. It was very easy to get on the slopes, just walk down the stairs, pick up the skis in the locker room, and walk right out. The 4 flights of stairs were not ideal, but made for a better view. The night plowing and snowmobiles made some noise, but we never noticed it with a sound machine on.
