About this apartment rental

Just remodeled, this apartment featuring 1,347 square feet of pure design overlooks the Biscayne Bay and the Miami River. Luxe furnishings and top views for your sheer enjoyment. This unit includes three Smart TVs with state of the art features. Enjoy its fully equipped kitchen with Italian cabinets, marble countertops, Bosch dishwasher, premium appliances by Wolf & Subzero, and a full-size washer/dryer.

For your entertainment, it features three Smart TVs (in living and in each bedroom), with over 200 channels, including HBO & Showtime and music stations. Really fast internet is of the utmost importance and accordingly, we offer you a dedicated connection with 100Mb (unlike most hotels which offer up to 5Mb and a shared or "dirty" connection).

Master Bedroom with one king-size bed features panoramic views of the Miami River and its luxury yachts, includes blackout curtains and customized walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with separate bathtub and shower, two sinks, and large mirrors. All bathroom floors are in marble by designer K. Wearstler. The second bedroom, with its own balcony, has one queen-size bed and views over the city, the bay, and the river. This unit also includes a sofa bed in the living room.

The property includes all kitchen utilities, pots & pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery, dish soap, dishwasher pods*, etc. Among the electronics, you will find a toaster, Nespresso-type coffee maker with coffee pods*, blender, juicer, iron (and iron board), and vacuum cleaner. We also include two bathrobes, towels, toilet paper*, facial tissues*, bar soap*, hair shampoo* & conditioner*, and a hair dryer. Bedrooms have sheets & bed cover. Pillow menu also available. We enjoyed our 6 night stay, the photos are accurate, everything worked (internet, TVs, kitchen), the manager is very prompt with communication and follow up. We enjoyed the river walk and food trucks for coffee and food in the morning.

While the unit was nice and the views were spectactuar, the best part of this rental were the support received from the management team. THEY WERE and ARE AMAZING and super responsive.

We selected this property for our first visit to rolling loud weekend. The location of the property was wonderful. On the bad side there was no parking included so we had to pay a lot of money for in and out access to the parking garage across the street or wait in long lines for valet. The property manager was great at checking us in.

The property was all that we expected - superb views, large rooms, a very modern kitchen, large bathrooms, and comfortable beds. Our questions were quickly responded to by mgr services. We did have a temporary outage of wi-fi services for a 24-hour period. It was fixed as promised.

The apartment was well-furnished and very clean as were the building and lobby (lobby does get really busy and crowded). We especially enjoyed the stunning views from the balcony and the floors-to-ceiling windows! Kat provided friendly and excellent service. Would be happy to recommend and return here. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

The views very beautiful ! We spent a lot of time on balcony watching the boats. Bed very comfy. only thing negative would be condo could be updated a little more. Couch was uncomfortable and something had take shine off counter tops. But saying that we would stay there again
