The 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom unit is spread out over 3,200sq ft and 3 stories. From the 2nd floor balcony there is a peak-a-boo view of the Pacific Ocean and views to people watch the Newport Peninsula.

The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit is 2 story and connect to the 4 bedroom unit through an exterior staircase.

THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT THIS HOME!
Ideal location ‚Äì it is easy to get to the surf and sand, and equally as easy to get to the boardwalk, the pier, as well as to grocery stores, shops, and places to rent equipment if needed.

You can bring that beach energy to your private patio and continue to enjoy your seaside vacation at home by dining al fresco as the patio also has a barbecue.

It is not far from freeway access in the event that you wish to go north or south to visit any of the many world-class attractions such as Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, etc. This is a great place to stay for a family with kids!

This house is in a great location for a fun family vacation! Please note that there is no longer air conditioning in this rental. If you are staying for a more than a few days with a large party, you will have to buy more trash bags, soap, paper towels, and toilet paper since they provide 2 of each.

This beach house is beautiful. We loved how bright and open the floor plan was. It is very close to the beach, surrounding restaurants and shopping. Plenty of beach chairs, a couple beach umbrellas, and beach toys made going to the beach so easy and convenient. We enjoyed our summer, family vacation in Newport, at this beach house!

So convenient being so close to the beach, pier and shops! House had plenty of room and space for our large group and was well stocked with beach towels and chairs. The only complaint would be it is on a busy street and gets a little loud at night…but that’s when the noise from the fans came in handy. We had a great time staying there and when the door wouldn’t open upon arrival, they quickly sent someone out to help fix it.

The property is very nicely located and the check in service was great. We rented both unit A and B for our family reunion. Unfortunately the evening we moved in the problems with the property began. Three of the showers did not drain and we were standing in disgusting water while showering. That night, two of the toilets also wouldn't drain after only two uses. This wasn't due to a plugged toilet we caused it was due to the build in the sewage lines. Then the other plumbing issues began.....when the top floor shower in Unit A was used it leaked water through the ceiling onto the dining room table in Unit B. Once this issue was resolved then the pluming issues continued to express them selves with water leaking into the garage an onto our loaded pickup. Fortunately; nothing was damaged.Finally the last two days of the rental the dryer stopped working and we were stuck with wet clothes and no way to dry them. We had to deal with all these issues and the related inconvenience during our reunion. I immediately requested a 50% price adjustment to the rent as we were not able to use the facilities that were not functional and had to deal with the problems. So far they have not responded to my texts other than to say they have sent it to staff. Its been over a week now and still waiting and so instead of this review indicating we were treated fairly I have to report that it appears they are going to stick us with the full charge despite all of the above issues we to deal with.

-2 HOLES IN CEILING WITH WATER DAMAGE -GARAGE a FILLED WITH MOLD AND A WHOLE IN CEILING -NO INTERNET ON THE DAY I ARRIVED SO I LOSS A DAY OF PAY! -CABLE NEVER WORKED CABLE GUY FROM SPECTRUM CAME OUT AND SAID HE COULD NOT FIX THE CABLE BECAUSE THE WIRING WAS TOO OLD IN THE WALLS AND SINCE WE WEREN'T THE OWNERS HE COULDN'T HOOK UP THE CABLE -MOST CLOSET DOORS WERE BROKEN OR DOORS WERE REMOVED -JET TUB INOPERABLE IN MASTER BATHROOM ON 3RD FLOOR -INTERNET HAS TO BE RESET ON TV'S EVERYDAY -GARAGE DOOR A STUCK CLOSED AND THE 3RD FLOOR EXIT DOOR LEADING TO ROOF PATIO STICKS SO HARD THAT MY FAMILY JUST HAD TO WALK ALL THE WAY AROUND THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE TO JOIN US -SMOKE DETECTOR NOT IN PLACE IN FRONT OF MASTER BEDROOM -FOOD FROM PREVIOUS GUESTS LEFT ON TOP OF THE FRIDGE -CALLED THE FIRST 24 HOURS OF MY ARRIVAL AND WAS TOLD TO CALL VACASA AND EVEN THOUGH WE DID, VRBO STILL WILL NOT HONOR A REFUND OF SOME SORT -VACASA ONLY GAVE ME 10% BACK AND RUINED MY 5 DAY VACATION TRIP OF OVER $6K SPENT ON A HOUSE THAT WAS NOT READY TO BE RENTED

The house was in a perfect location. Large house with plenty of space and rooms. Very clean. The only difficulty was communication. It was very difficult to get answers from the property manager which made things frustrating at times. Besides that, it was a great stay!

This home was great. The size and location was perfect for our large group of adults. We had plumbing issues but they were quick to fix and the communication was good. The home is a quick walk to the beach. It is on a noisy street but near so many fun places to eat and shop.

We enjoyed our stay in New Port Beach. The house layout worked great for our 16 person family. From an infant to 80 years old, it accommodated all our needs. We used both units and having two kitchens was so convenient! They supplied all the towels for the beach as well as toys and chairs. Worked out great! The only small complaint would be the dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes in the larger unit. So we washed all dishes by hand that we used. They should look into that. Other than that, the house was perfect and we made great memories. We would absolutely recommend it.
