Welcome to The Park Central Arlington Stay! Your family/group will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place for business and leisure travel of where you can create memorable stays. It is in WALKING distance to AT&T Stadium, Texas Rangers Globe Life Park, Texas Live and restaurants! The house nestled between Dallas and Fort worth, conveniently located, and is definitely the affordable way to a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable stay in a quiet neighborhood.
This house is perfectly suited for your upcoming stay! Open, bright, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, and one extra room includes laundry and game room. Comfortably sleeps 8 having 1 bedroom with king bed, 1 bedroom with queen bed and 1 twin, and one bedroom with queen bed and 1 twin.
-Wonderful open concept home layout from kitchen to the dinning room and living room.
-There is a laundry room with washer and dryer if you need to get some laundry done during your stay.

Guests will have access to the entire house, washer/dryer, game room, patio, and backyard EXCEPT the two car garages (owner storage) and uses of the Fireplace. (Display purpose only).
House Rules:
NO Early check-in or late check-out.
Check-in: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Check out : 11:00 AM
-If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night
Unauthorized late check out will be charged the full security deposit, plus addition charge if result in canceling of incoming guests.
-No smoking allowed. (of any kind)
-No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance
-No events or parties. Additional day guests are $40/person/day
-Parking on the driveway only
-PETS are NOT allowed on this property. Guest will be charged the full deposit in the event of bringing pets to the property, regardless of any damages.
-DO NOT use the Fireplace. It is for DISPLAY only.
-DO NOT use the Garage. It is locked and use for owner storage.
-Any damages to the home from guests will be charged to the value of the items. The amount may exceed the deposit amount.
-The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay.
-NO candles burning or fire pit on the property as we don’t currently have safety regulation in place.
-Our property is not set up for infants and not child proof however children are very welcomed in our home with parent's direct supervision at all time. Please bring necessarily gears for your infants if needed.
-Please no shoes on beds or furniture. Children under 6 year old are not allowed to be on the top bunk bed.
-The renters should always safeguard their own valuables including jewelry and money. The owners will not be responsible for loss of the renter’s valuables kept inside the house.
-Owners/hosts bear NO responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that you may sustain within or during your stay, NOR damaged personal belongings or vehicles.
-The renters agree to take care of their own, their kids and their guests’ safety while in the property, and will indemnify and hold the owners harmless from any and all claims for any injury or damage due to carelessness of the renters, their kids or their guests.
-Guests will compensate the host for any broken, damaged, missing, lost, or stolen items at time of checkout.
-NO daily maid service: while linens and bath towels are included in the house, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the houses. Inclusive fees – Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup.
-Minimum age requirement is 23
-Trash bin is located in the backyard. For stays longer than 3 days, trash and recycles pickup days are on Wednesday and Saturday (trash pick up only) and should only be taken out after 7 PM the evening prior.

We had a great time! The location is awesome if you’re there for a game. The house was clean. The beds comfortable and the open kitchen and dining was perfect! We’d definitely stay there again.

We werein town for a concert at AT&T Stadium and the location was perfect! We walked to the stadium and even in the Texas summer heat, it was an easy walk. There are restaurants nearby so we were able to avoid the horrible traffic during peak times. I definitely recommend this house and stay again the next time I go to an event at either stadium!

This house was very clean and the hosts were very quick to reply! It is relatively close to the stadium where the baseball games are played. We did not feel it was close enough to walk to so we took an Uber that was less than $10. We were a group of six adults and we would all recommend this house.

The “walking distance” is about a mile, but not difficult in nice weather and comfortable shoes. Still better than the overpriced AT&T parking. The house was perfect for our group of six. Comfortable beds, quality linens, and roomy kitchen/dining area. Just don’t park on the street! One of the guests learned that the hard way—finding out her car had been towed just as we arrived at the stadium. There’s a “driveway only” mention in the info book, but we should have taken that more seriously. Overall, great place for a weekend stay.

We had an awesome time here. Everything was recently updated and had about everything we would need. From a group of 5, our one recommendation would be to have plenty of wash cloths. This house was super close to everything! Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay, clean house, comfy beds, and within walking distance to the stadium. Area around neighborhood is very sketchy. But never had any problems inside the neighborhood. The only issue we had was not being able to use the oven. Minor problem. I didn’t reach out bc we were in the middle of trying to cook breakfast and figured it wasn’t worth waistline time about. You could use a few more pots and pans, and baking wear if guests are even allowed to use it?. Overall a great stay!

We had a great experience at this property. The house is clean & comfortable in a good location. We were there to go to a baseball game & it was right down the street from both the Rangers & Cowboys stadiums. The management was incredibly responsive & helped with a few extra requests very readily. Highly recommend for a nice stay in Arlington!

I don’t leave reviews generally, but I HAD too for this property! This is the best VRBO I ever stayed in! It was clean, great decor and all up to date appliances! ALL my family who stayed with me plan on booking this property in the future if they are back in town! The host was extremely attentive to me and answered my messages in a timely manner!

The neighborhood felt a little sketchy but the house was great. I would have liked a few more items in the kitchen…measuring cups, a big mixing bowl, and there were no hot pads. Beds were comfortable. We would stay here again.

Everything about our stay was top notch! Property owner responded quickly when we inquired about renting the house. House was exactly as pictured. Cute house with great location! We were in town attending an event at AT&T stadium, which was within perfect walking distance. Being from ND we greatly enjoyed the outside sitting area that allowed us to soak up the warm weather. We would book here again in a heartbeat!

I cannot say enough about the entire process and property where we stayed. The location was absolutely amazing (10 minute walk to AT&T stadium) with many restaurants and bars near by. The property itself was immaculate and the check in process was as simple as can be. Everything worked as expected and the overview/welcome book was ideal. I would advise anyone who wants a great stay in the Arlington area to book this property.
