About this house rental

Newly furnished and freshly painted modern townhouse w/ an open, bright, & spacious interior is just a few steps walk to an amazing beach, restaurants, bars & spa! The 2100 sq feet 3-bedroom 3.5-bath built in 2016 vacation residence has lot of amenities for you to enjoy! A modern townhouse w/ upscale finishing's, multiple balconies ON-SITE INCLUDED Swimming Pool, Sauna, Fitness room and Hot tub/Spa with the pool outside.
Townhouse has balconies / patio on each floor ; new lighting fixtures in kitchen and dining, new front entrance furnishings. There is also a larger yard than other townhomes in complex as it is an end unit.
On the first floor you will find a bedroom with a queen bed , new 55 inches tv and an attached bathroom. Sliding glass doors open to a patio with seating great for a picnic.
On the second floor it has family room/with 75 inches brand new Samsung UHD tv for the entertainment with a half bath. A balcony off the living area opens the space up to the outdoors. The large kitchen has Italian cabinetry, white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, seating for four at the bar counter. The formal dining area has a beautiful glass / steel dining table for six.
On the third floor you will find 2 bedrooms. Master bedroom has Queen-size bed, a balcony, new 43 inches tv and a luxurious master bath with twin vanities and a shower. The second bedroom also has a Queen-size bed, large window , new 43 inches tv and attached full bathroom with a tub. Separate laundry room has washer and dryer and is located on the same floor.
Crib/Bassinet available on request ( please let us know in advance)
Please please No street parking or blocking street in any way. You will be towed by association. Private garage has room for two regular sized vehicles and at times there may be an open spot at front of complex entrance from AIA.

Place is across the street only few steps from the beach and North Ocean Park is just 350 yards down the way. You can Paddleboard, exercise or just spread a towel on the sand!

Only 1.2 miles to the wonderful area at Pompano Fishing Pier. Here you will find Casual or upscale dining and bars, a playground, and a walking/biking trail. (Beach house, Oceanic, Lucky’s fish market - ocean front bar , Fine dining and restaurant ) Not much further at 4.3 miles another great beach area is at Commercial pier (Anglins Fishing Pier) in Lauderdale by the sea. Great area with cute shops, restaurants, beach and pier.

What a lovely condo this is! It is such a privilege to stay a block away from the beach with all of the beach amenities one could ever need! It was a most enjoyable stay in this condo!

The condo was beautiful. Jay was very communicative. However I do believe there were way too many rules. We were so worried about doing something wrong. It was hard to relax. It is not an oceanfront property, which is I booked the property. It is very close walking distance to the beach, but you cannot hear the ocean at all.

The condo is tasteful and immaculate. There is good space between the bedrooms offering privacy for all. Conveniently located to the beach. The owner is very easy to reach and responsive when there were some initial questions. Highly recommend staying here.

My family and I were very impressed with how stunning this location is. Jay was very easy to connect with. He kindly left us a very nice coffee set-up. On the downside, RULES of the house were so extensive that there was not enough time to read them. They were also reiterated many times. Maybe this is needed for some guests, but it was too much for us. However, amenities included in the house seemed tucked away and required my contracting Jay to find and “unlock” the laundry room as well as to get into the pool and hot tub. One more request would be a better stocked kitchen. (More than 2 sharp knives). We would return.

Great property, great location and exceptional communication from Jay (property owner). Beach access is less than a block away along with many restaurants/nightlife to choose from within 1-4 miles from property. Texted Jay to locate something and the response was almost immediate. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely return when in the Pompano Beach area!

First, this is a truly great VRBO. Beautiful place with sleek, modern finishes. Three full, comfortable well furnished bedrooms. Great location relative to quick & easy beach access. Plenty of beach amenities as well. Nice area/neighborhood. Pool located within the complex. The host, Jay, is exceptional. Unparalleled communication before, during, and after. He was more than willing to accommodate our family on all fronts for our stay. Do not hesitate, book this VRBO!!!

This place was beautiful and very spacious. Super clean and so modern. Our family loved it! Across the street from the beach and a restaurant tiki bar. Minutes to Lauderdale by the Sea, and 20 minutes to Fort Lauderdale beach which both were beautiful as well. Jay was very helpful and responsive anytime we had a question. We would definitely go back and I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

My family and I had a traffic stay at this property. On top of the house being well stocked, very clean, easy to manage, the communication with the owner was exceptional. Jay was fantastic! He went above and beyond. The house was very well located. The walk to the beach took 5 minutes. The private garage was a huge plus. All in all we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would most certainly return.

We stayed at this place late October - early November and will surely be back for our next trip. We traveled with 4 adults and 3 little kids, the house appeared even bigger than in the pictures, so there was plenty of space for us. This place was also super clean, well stocked with towels, linen, plenty of pots and pans in the kitchen, excellent appliances. We felt right at home! Great location, the beach was about 5 min walking plus the main beach was about a mile away with plenty of parking space. Jay was really nice and friendly always offering his help just in case if we needed anything. Our flight landed in the morning and he nicely organized an early checkin. The place was equipped with a remote access which was really convenient. I had to work remotely a couple of days during our stay, the internet speed was pretty fast 400mb download, 200-300mb upload, will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place.
