Welcome to Parksville! This rancher is a freshly renovated 3 bedroom cozy cottage located right downtown. Just steps away from the beach, restaurants, shopping, and much more! Two full bedrooms (one with king size bed) as well as an office/den that doubles as a third bedroom with a queen-size bed. Whether you're visiting Parksville to enjoy the beaches and outdoors, or lodging for a visit to Mount Washington, this place has terrific proximity to all great things on Vancouver Island. Please note: if your stay falls on a collection day we may ask you to pull garbage, recycling, or food waste bins to the curb outside during your stay, we will reach out to you beforehand. Thank you!

We loved the yard, so natural - cute. The home had everything we needed, it was clean, spacious and a quiet neighbourhood. The only complaint, the couch was quite uncomfortable. Thanks so much!!

This place is the best place I have ever lived in. I enjoy cooking at home with my friends, drinking tea and chatting in the back yard. I recommend you to come and stay. One day is too short and I will stay for a long time next time.

This property was perfect for our family of four (kids are 12 & 14). We had enough space for our ski, bike and other sports gear, kids had their own rooms (very comfy beds) and we felt cozy relaxing in front of the fire place. We have been visiting my parents in Parksville for over 20 years and now that we travel with so much gear it was nice to have our own space and be only a few minutes away from them. We walked to the beach each day and local shopping is close by. Paul was very responsive to any questions we had. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We hope to be back again.

We were in Parksville for short time and the location was great, the kitchen worked perfectly for dinner and we all had comfortable beds!

This place was immaculately clean, we were very impressed. Great location and house layout for anyone travelling with a family.
Only thing that needs attention is the yard; I would have loved for the kids to roam and explore the backyard but it was overgrown and had thorny bushes.
Otherwise we loved our stay 😊

First impressions are very deceiving. The yard is very overgrown and messy and could do with a good cleanup. The inside of the house was a very pleasant surprise. Most of it is newly renovated and very clean. Kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything you need. There is a covered patio in the back. It is close to the community beach, grocery store and downtown. We were whyite happpy there and would return.

Great location just off the main road in Parksville, 5 min to the park and beach. House was older but updated inside. only odd thing was the stove. Seemed like it was added in the kitchen afterwards with no counter space on either side.

We just got back from our 2nd stay at this awesome vrbo. We love how nice it is to come "home" to after busy days seeing the sights of the island!
It has everything needed to make it feel inviting, comfortable & relaxing. And only a 5 minute walk to the beach and playground to finish off the day!
It was a definite 5 star stay last year, and was exactly that again this year!

Myself, my husband and 2 very young children stayed here for 4 nights. This house was perfect for our family! It was very clean, had all the amenities we required as well as was nicely renovated/decorated. As well it was in a great location and walking distance to the beach, parks and a few restaurants. My 3 year old son especially loved the outdoor space, there is lots of garden space to run around and play hide and seek in :) We highly recommend this house and communicating with the owner Paul was very easy and great! Five stars for sure!

Myself, my husband and 2 very young children stayed here for 4 nights. This house was perfect for our family! Really comfortable stay. Well equipped home that has been furnished with attention with lots of nice touches. Great wild garden at the back.
The beach is a five minutes walk and though it is close to a busy road you cannot hear any noise. Location is great: anything you need is within a 5 to 15 minutes walk. We will definitely be back.

"Perfect for us" home away from home! Everything was exactly as the pictures showed, clean, updated & modern, and so comfortable. The bonus of being so close to the beach & playground was awesome!

Even though the house doesn’t have an ocean view, we did have a backyard wildlife visitor: a deer felt very comfortable to sit in the garden, and the landscape around the property made you feel like you were in the country. This property was well priced and pleasant.
