This ranch style home has an open floor plan with natural light filling the spacious living areas. Two Primary suites each with own private bathrooms. Additional queen bedroom and bunk room offer plenty of room for family and friends.
Relax in the three seasons room or step out onto large deck with lounge and dining areas, soak in the hot tub, fire up gas grill, or roast marshmallows in the firepit. With a 5-acre lot, you’ll have plenty of privacy and space to play.
Property is adjacent to 108-acre wildlife preserve providing privacy and hiking trails.
Three-minute drive to Berrien Public Beach and five-minute drive to Cherry Beach.

• Drive or bike to great beaches. Quick three-minute drive to Berrien public beach or five-minute car ride to Cherry Beach, one of the largest and most sought-after beaches in the Harbor County area.

This property was everything that it was advertised to be. The main rooms were open. The kitchen was well equipped and we did a lot of cooking. The bedrooms facing the pool had sliding doors. The pool was clean and well equipped with toys and lounges. The host provided ingredients for s'mores. They also had beach chairs/umbrellas. Overall a great property. We're looking forward to coming back next year.

Inside: The house has new finishes and is VERY clean. The layout and the room configurations make it perfect for multi-generational families (2 masters and a bunk room) or more than one family. The house is also fully stocked and there are so many nice rental touches - a game room for the kids, s’mores kit, beach chairs and cooler, etc. We also really enjoyed the screened in porch. Outside: The property is amazing! It is set back down a tree lined driveway with a large front yard. Our kids enjoyed playing sports and looking for turtles by day and fireflies at night. The back of the property is also large and is surrounded by a nature preserve, so you often see deer walking through. There is lots of privacy and room to explore back there… not to mention the brand new pool, hot tub and fire pit! Mary was so easy to work with, very responsive and kind. We will be back!

Our extended family (grandparents and two families with kids 12, 8, 8, and 8) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Close proximity to lovely beaches (some bikeable, others a short drive) and restaurants/market. The house is quite well appointed and the pool, hot tub, fire pit made relaxing a top priority. Thank you for the opportunity to visit!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house! It was the perfect house because it had the best of both worlds... Felt private being surrounded by woods, but it was also super close to EVERYTHING (beaches, restaurants, golfing, dunes, etc)! We really enjoyed the game room, the hot tub, sitting out on the deck in the morning, and the open kitchen. The bunk beds and two master suites would definitely accommodate larger families. The house was spacious, clean, and updated with nice features. We stayed in February, so it was too cold for the pool, but it looked gorgeous and brand new. It would be perfect for the summer! Not to mention, Mary was wonderful. She responded to our questions and needs. My family and I will definitely be back and are looking forward to our next stay.

Great Vacation

Great Vacation

We had a great time on our family vacation at Warren Woods. We were 2 families – each with 2 kids, and grandma and grandpa came too. The house worked out perfectly for us with plenty of room for everyone. The house is spacious, modern and meticulously clean. Everything is updated and has a bright, welcoming feeling. We did some cooking and BBQing and found everything we needed. The kitchen is very well-stocked. Having 2 primary bedrooms with their own bathrooms was really nice, and the kids had a blast in the bunk room. We used all the amenities while we were there. We made s’mores in the fire pit, and the kids and the dads loved the game room. The adults really enjoyed having drinks on the screened-in porch and in the hot tub after the kids were asleep. Loads of outdoor space for the kids to play, and families to go hiking. We were luckier than expected with the weather and spent time at the beach. The beach is just a couple of minutes away and wasn’t crowded. The kids loved playing in the sand and everyone spent time in the water. We had a couple of questions for Mary while we were there and got responses from her quickly. We had such an awesome time and would love to go back.
