About this cabin rental
Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Our Cabin has 2 separate units. A separate unit upstairs and a separate unit downstairs. This listing is for the downstairs unit only. A link to the upstairs unit will be listed. What makes this cabin unique is the location and what it offers. Our cabin is walking distance to Bristol Motor Speedway as well as South Holston River. There is a slipway for boat access 0.9 miles away. This cabin is a new construction Airbnb.
There is a hobby farm on the property if you love animals. We have 6 goats, 2 sheep, and the sweetest guardian dog named Bonnie. There is a quarter feeder on the gate to feed the goats and sheep. Dog treats are under the sink cabinet in the loft. Feel free to go outside and interact with our farm animals.
If you are here for a peaceful getaway or a business related stay our cabin is for you. Beautiful downtown Bristol, TN/VA is a 14 minute drive and Historic Abingdon, VA is 30 minutes. Bristol offers other amenities, like shopping, hiking, museums and much more. The pinnacle shopping and dining area is 12 minutes away. Bristol Regional Medical Center is a 9 mile drive and Johnson City Medical Center is a 14 mile drive.

Clean when i walked in the door nice AC unit didnt feel like a poor put together place for a quick buck. Nice home country cabin feel and amenities that made a couple day atay feel less hectic.

We rented this place on Friday night. Clean, studio type dwelling. Not a speck of dust, clean towels, clean bed linen. All clean. Cute kitchen with all the plates and utensil's full size refrigerator, two burner stove. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you for a pleasant stay Jerry

This little cabin has everything you need. It was clean, quiet, central and easy to access. Excellent communication with the property owner. We visited Bristol Motor Speedway and this location was perfect! Extra credit for having goats and a guard dog on the property

As we entered the drive, there were no surprises. Our concerns were further assuaged as we entered this cozy cabin. Inside & out, everything was as described... including the adorable farm animals a short walk from the cabin.
The most prominent notation in the reviews was the cleanliness. We would also add the attention to details such as k-cups, ample supply of clean towels, and even snacks for the farm dog.
In a world where truth is mishandled without conscience, there's tremendous comfort with accuracy in presentation. Thank you for such a comfortable place to lay our heads.

Cabin is very cozy and clean. The second night I noticed a partly flat tire and Jerry got his air compressor out to help me pump it up. Then I accidently left my favorite lunch box in the fridge, and he went out of his way to mail it back to me. Thankful. It is encouraging to know there are still some wonderful people in the world.

A big thank you to Jerry for the wonderful weekend in your cabin! There was everything you could possibly need and the details were so thought out! The location was close to everything around. Jerry was helpful with check in and finding the house in the dark (I would suggest finding it in the daylight). Loved waking up to be able to feed the dogs and goats! Don’t forget your quarters!! Would definitely stay again!

This was the perfect spot for us to stay over for the night. We came to town for a surprise birthday party, and being 4 hours away from home - we were beyond grateful this property allowed our sweet older dog to come with us. Very clean, convenient, and adorable property. Will definitely stay again in the future!

We had a wedding and it was so great to wake up after a crazy night to the coziness of the cabin in the rain. Sat outside with our coffee and enjoyed the morning before heading back home. Would definitely come again!

I loved the cabin/apartment. It had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The place was very clean. Checkin and checkout were simple. I loved the opportunity to feed and pet the goats and dog. I will definitely recommend the unit and keep it in mind for future visits.

It was a wonderful stay. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful night and the host went above and beyond by setting out rose petals on the floor and bed which made the experience so much better.

Truly an unique cabin, which is perfectly located between the TriCities. The host was very helpful and responsive. The cabin was clean and had all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay! We even got to see a deer in the field behind the cabin. We loved this place and will definitely stay again.

After a long car ride from Long Island, NY to come pick up our St. Bernard rescue in Tennessee- we desperately needed a good night sleep with our newest addition to our family. The host was extremely accommodating with our big pup at the most clean, fresh, and perfect stay you could ask for. A very unique property which we liked very much at the heart of TriCities. Our host was amazing and very accommodating to our every need. The proximity to our family was perfect. My only negative thought is that it is geared toward the young to middle-aged adults. I would highly recommend this property for couples and families.

This was a great stay. The place was very clean and private. We enjoyed the large yard and spending time with our dog playing outside. We also liked the location of how it was close to town but still rural and peaceful. Jerry was very nice and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only thing we noticed is that the towel rack kept falling off the wall in the bathroom but i’m sure that would be a quick fix! Otherwise everything was perfect :)

This small cabin was the perfect size for 2! Cabin was spotless and fully stocked with plenty of towels, wash rags, & dish rags! Loved the animals and that our pet could tag along also. The evening sunset on the porch was perfect! Also the sound machine was great!

Let me start by saying that this is an adorable cabin! The cabin was clean and exactly as described. Besides groceries, there is everything you need for a few days! There are a handful SMALL things I would like to see fixed. There are small gaps or holes that need to be caulked around the windows. Someone stuffed some paper towels in there to block the bugs but is ineffective. The towel bar to the shower is loose and fell several times. And there were dirty towels in the washing machine when we checked in. Besides that, the cabin and town were exactly what we needed. We both look forward to next years visit to Bristol!
P.S the upstairs is a separate rental, as said in the add. You hear EVERYTHING.. so if you want a cute/romantic getaway, you should rent both listings.

We stayed in the lower cabin for our stay. The bed was comfortable, with extra huge fluffy blankets. The kitchen was simple with basic necessities, a Keurig with real cups to use, the bathroom had shampoo, conditioner and body wash that was good. The cabin itself was very cute, clean and up to date. I will totally stay here again if in the area.
