Overall nice accommodation. It was a short stay as I was just visiting my sons for the weekend. A wonderful bed and sofa stands out. Enjoyed using the gas grill. Clean, modern and nicely decorated. I liked the rooster decorations. No complaints but maybe spend a few bucks on plastic ice trays and keep them in the freezer for drinks.

Very nice cabin, inside and out. Right on the lake within walking distance, barbecue pits and outside furniture. Inside was very nice and clean and had everything furnished.

My Wife and I come down to the Toledo Bend Reservoir almost every year. Through some searching, we found Langdons Landing and Cabin Rentals. The Cabins were absolutely beautiful and included all of the necessities that you would need. Basically bring your clothes and what you want to eat and everything else is there! We stayed in Cabin #4 it was well appointed and very nicely decorated. With a huge Deck and Patio overlooking the Lake, we couldn't have asked for a better spot! Kristi and her Husband Tommy were awesome! We had no issues and will definitely be staying there from now on The booking process was seamless. The location was fantastic and, our new favorite spot on the lake! Thanks again! Ben & Juli

The cabin was very nice. Toledo Bend Lake was beautiful!! The only drawback to our cabin was when we first walked into the cabin, the overpowering smell of cigarette smoke!! It’s supposed to be a NON-SMOKING Cabin, but neither my husband nor myself are smokers, so it was a real drawback when we first got there. Thank goodness, there was plenty of air fresheners in each room. Everything else was Perfect!! We would definitely stay there again!!!

My husband and I arrived at check in time. Instructions to the property was spot on. Checking in was a breeze! Just follow the instructions listed under check in.. The cabin was adorable! Completely our style. We relaxed and and went swimming in the pool. It was nice and clean. We also walked down to the lake and it had a beach area that was serene and peaceful. We brought our two dogs, one is a small breed yorkie mix and one a chocolate lab. Our lab got his first swim in the lake and we all enjoyed it very much. It was extremely refreshing to take a break and have a Completely comfortable and relaxing get away! We will definitely be back for sure!!!! Its a must stay place for anyone wanting to take have a get away!!

The cabin itself was very clean and stocked with every thing we needed, it was as described on website. However, the pool was unmaintained and un-useable. Also the wifi was very unstable making it difficult to watch TV or open any apps on our phones. If I had known about these issues I would not have booked.

Such a beautiful view of South Toledo Bend lake. It’s a perfect spot and the cabin is absolutely wonderful. Don’t forget stop at the grocery before you arrive! That way you don’t need to leave and you can relax and enjoy!!

My husband and I stayed here one night since we were in town for a wedding. Kristy was amazing, accommodating and kind. The place is precious and has everything you need with a nice view of the lake. The ONLY reason I am not giving this place 5 stars is because it was listed as non smoking and there was deff a "stale smoke" smell within the entire home. I am very sensitive to smells like this, so I noticed immediately. It wasn't as noticeable to my husband. We had to leave all the windows open for the day to help. When we returned home, I had to wash even unworn clothes because the smell was in them. Again, precious place and even more precious owners, but if you're sensitive like me, this one small thing could ruin your stay.

Great little cabin! Furnishings were very nice, right by the water, the pool was awesome, a commercial ice make right on the porch, it was the best! Power went out in the area, but they have a standby generator wired in, so it didn't ruin the trip. They thought of it all, we will definitely be staying again, don't hesitate to book!

This place was perfect for my husband and I! The cutest, coziest cabin. Very clean and neat. Loved the screened in porch. You can tell the owners really value their rentals. Wish the boat landing was fixed, but that’s ok. We traveled about 10 minutes to the nearest landing. Overall, great experience and will definitely be back.

We had a great time. At first we were disappointed that the boat ramp was out of commission but we found other boat ramps that we liked. The parking needs to be adjusted. There’s 3 cabins close and if all 3 are rented out, the parking gets a mess. One cabin can block the entire driveway. We were able to take our dog (115 pound German Shepard). We will definitely be back.
