Sunsets and Sailboats
This place is amazing! Sunset and water views! Nice finishes, the layout was perfect for our family of four. Right across the street from the kiddie beach and a short walk to silver strand beach! We will be back.

The upper condo is your private space, including your private deck with BBQ, outdoor seating, and lounge area.

☆☆BEDROOMS:
The master bedroom is in the rear of the house, with sliding doors out to the deck area. It has a king-sized bed with hotel linens and a smart TV. It also has a desk area with an ergonomic chair if you have planned a 'work-ation.' An ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower, a built-in bench, and a toilet seat warmer.

The second bedroom has a king-sized bed, a sliding glass door to the back deck, and a smart TV.

The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a smart TV.

☆☆BATHROOMS:

The master has an ensuite bathroom with a toilet seat warmer and walk-in shower.
The second bathroom is off the hallway in the common area and has a shower/tub combination with a modern sliding glass shower door.

Both bathrooms provide the essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, and body gel as well as high-quality towels.

☆☆KITCHEN:
The kitchen is an open concept and has plenty of pots and pans, a roaster, a crockpot, bakeware, and more. If you're missing anything, just let us know! Modern appliances and essentials such as a spice rack, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar, to name a few.

☆☆DINING:
The dining area is between the kitchen and living room and is open-concept. The thick hardwood table seats 8, and we provide washable placemats and heat trivets. The chairs are comfortable and commercial-sturdy.

☆☆LIVING ROOM
The living room has views of the harbor, and you can sit in the living room and watch the boats traverse unobstructed. There is a sofa-sleeper and 50" smart TV plus games and books.

☆☆DECK
The back deck is yours exclusively, with a lounge setup and several dining tables and chairs. A gas BBQ is there for your use, grill prep and grill cleaner, and all the tools you will need for a tasty dinner!

Several large grocery stores are within 2 miles.

Many restaurants and stores are close by on the north side of the beach. You have a driveway for your use and we have parking just across our little crescent street. Also, Uber and Lyft are plentiful in the area.

The quaint town of Silverstrand beach is a 3/4 mile-long stretch of beautiful coastline. Our bungalows are all easy walks to the sand, many with Harbor views too.

The beach is fairly quiet on weekdays but gets a fun crowd on weekends at the north end of the beach. There are plenty of good waves for surfers with various breaks fit for any skill level. If you want to leave the neighborhood, Cafe Zack is a short drive and great for dinner, and Cafe Nouveau is a must for brunch.

So many things to do! You can rent a fishing boat or go whale watching close by. You are within blocks of the Bay shops and restaurants. In addition, Buena Ventura Golf Club is just minutes up the road. Don't miss the massive farmers market on the weekend too! This will become your favorite getaway gem!

Silver Strand is the last hidden gem of a California beach. Nestled between Malibu and Santa Barbara, it has that super-local feel. From the Boardwalk, you can watch sailboats, and little electric boats traverse the harbor. Across the way, rent a jetski or paddleboat, or go deep-sea fishing. The whale-watching tour happens between December and May. It will become your favorite place to get away from the daily grind of life.

When you stay here, you have the whole upper space to yourself. There is private parking, and you’ll be given an access code for the lockbox. The home has been upgraded with a washer/dryer. It’s one of the only houses in the area with central air conditioning and heating for your added convenience.
