Beautiful oceanfront home with private pool on the gated west end of Holden beach. This home has everything you need to complete your perfect oceanfront vacation. Private heated pool, elevator, ping pong, shuffleboard, 2 refrigerators, 2 living rooms, Smart flat screen TV's in every bedroom, 5 1/2 bathrooms, gas gril, outdoor shower, covered and uncovered porches, and amazing views!
The main level has a large well-stocked kitchen with 2 refrigerators, a drip coffee maker & a blender. The kitchen is open to the dining room with large table that seats 8 and has additional seating at the island overlooking the living room and oceanfront sunroom. There is a master bedroom with a king sized bed and a large bathroom on this floor, as well as a half bathroom. Upstairs you will find 5 more bedrooms, 4 with 1 queen-sized bed and 1 with 2 full beds, all with their own Smart flat-screen TV, another ocean front deck, and a second living room with Smart TV! Downstairs there is a ping pong table, shuffleboard, gas grill, and private walkway out to the oceanfront pool with loungers and plenty of pool deck to soak up the sun. You can also access your private ocean-front walkway out to the beach from the pool deck, or main level of the home. *Please note the fireplace is for decorative use only!*

Due to severe allergies some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals prior to booking.
We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook in home). User error will result in a service charge. No children are allowed in the elevator unsupervised. Use at your own risk.
Pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced weekly. Please keep in mind that due to tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.
The pool is open year round. The heater typically keeps the pool water between 80-84 degrees April 1 - Oct 31 depending on outside air temperatures and weather. There is no additional cost to heat the pool, but we can not guarantee the pool water temperatures due to the dependency of the weather and air temperatures. Please keep in mind that the heater only runs when the pump runs and typically the pump does not run at night due to timers.
*Please note, pools will NOT be heated November 1 - March 31, NO EXCEPTIONS*
If your *check in date* is on or between Memorial Day and Labor Day, your cleaning fee does include whole house linen and towel rental fee. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.
**In the off-season (Labor Day - Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT included in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $250 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third party. (Last minute bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens!)**
We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.

We always have a great time wherever we go so we wouldn’t let all the little things ruin our vacation but there were some disappointments - for the expense the care of the property needs some improvements - landscaping (dead palm trees, weeds, no flowers, old wood decking thrown on property - needs painting outside - broken umbrellas and stands for no shade from the hot sun - broken table - luckily we had wire ties to hold up umbrella on broken table - grill filthy and only worked on high and burnt our dinner - broiler in oven didn’t work - linens just thrown on beds for us to make our beds. Ocean front was gorgeous - Management of the property had quick response to issues. With some love could be a 5

This was by far one of the best vacation home we've been to for memorial weekend where the beach is packed. Not here! In a gated community with private beach so we didnt have to battle with the crowd. House was spacious and clean. We would definitely come back.

The house was very accommodating and comfortable. The kitchen and sitting area was very spacious! We went in April so we enjoyed the heated pool. Very nice boardwalk to the beach. Perfect house for our family vacation!

Fantastic house for all adult groups. No bunk beds! Comfortable beds and great gathering areas throughout. We didn’t realize how nice it was to have 2 refrigerators. That really came in handy for us with 8 people. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and bowls etc. They provided a starter pack of dish detergent with sponges and dishwasher pods. We didn’t have to use the ones we bought and we washed dishes every evening. There was a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and was nice to have upon arrival. We brought our own linens/towels so cannot comment about linens provided in the summer. There were a lot of places to be in and out of the sun while outside. The neighborhood and beach area is fantastic! It was too chilly to use the pool but several enjoyed lounging by the pool. There were a lot of beach items under the house but we didn’t utilize them. We were kind of leery about using the elevator at first with all the cautions posted, but eventually we warmed up to it and used it especially to load on departure day.
The owners have updated the beach walkway which was long but nice.
The only cons were outdated, in need of repair, living room recliners and sofa. They were comfortable but recliners were a bit rough. The house was “surface clean” but we felt like it could use a good deep clean and vacuuming under furniture. The plus’s of the property far outweighed the few cons. We would definitely stay here again!

This Beachfront House worked out great for our family of 6 adults and 6 children. The house layout is very nice, the pool was great, and got a lot of use. The decks are fantastic.

Location, location ,location. Loved that the first floor as the gatherings floor. Enjoyed the pool and the private walkway to the beach. Would have liked a hot tub but the house had most all we wanted. I tried to rent bikes but the rental store was sold out- I didn't pre-rent because the house we stayed in last year had bikes for our use.

The house was a perfect set up for our family vacation. The kitchen was well equipped and accommodated our group of 11 nicely. The beach was just steps away and the pool was a nice area for games and relaxation. We had a wonderful time!

We loved our stay, the gated community made for a more private beach experience, the owners were easy to get ahold of, the house was HUGE and everything was super clean… only complaint id have which isn’t even really a complaint bc we got the house for such a good price.. the deck and a few other areas could use minor updating but wasn’t a big deal to us!! We truly had a wonderful time and loved everything about the house. The kitchen was large and our family could gather and cook dinner without crowding each other. The grill was nice to use too. This is one of the best places we've stayed at the beach! The pool was heated for our stay in early May and we had a private boardwalk to the beach, which was practically deserted. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and had two refrigerators. The beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. The home was very clean!! The host and mgmt co were very responsive and communicative. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed at this property for 5 days . It was perfect for our group of 4 older ladies. We were so thankful for the elevator, especially when unloading the car. The pool is wonderful. And of course the beach. The furniture is very comfy. The house seemed almost soundproof-no noise from tv’s or the elevator. The kitchen is well stocked with anything the cooks will need. We plan to come back to this lovely property.

Our family stayed here for a little off season get-a-way in mid March. The house was fantastic inside and outside. The kitchen is large with lots of seating, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, well stocked with utensils pots/pans and much more.
The kids and us enjoyed the heated pool, ping pong, walking down to the beach, playing games inside and we had a couple movie nights on the giant TV in the livingroom - there was Netflix, Disney +, and more options. Each bedroom also had a TV. The beds were comfortable and each bedroom had a bath attached which was so nice. Everything was really clean and we felt comfortable right away. We brought our own pack/plays for our twins but i saw there was one pack/play in the master bedroom closet, which is a nice extra. All closets had extra pillows and blankets, which we didn't need but still nice. There are some games/cards stocked in the livingroom, so we had fun playing games with the kids on our colder day. The outside of the property was great for our family. There were a couple patio sets, lots of patio furniture/seating. The pool area had lots of lounge chairs. The outdoor grill was brand new. There were things like pool noodles, boogie board, inflatables for the beach and pool stored under the house. We left our beach toys there. We stocked up on groceries at the Food Lion (located 15min away) and just hung out at the house and enjoyed family time. It was a great property and fit our family well. We walked down the boardwalk multiple times a day to enjoy the beach - we had the entire beach to ourselves mid March, it was fantastic - very much a family oriented area. The walkway to the beach was not a problem for us at all but it does include steps and is further than I thought but like I said, didn't bother us. I talked with th property manager, Rob, on the phone prior to our stay and he was great answering my questions and helping me navigate the area. He also checked in with us after we got there and we actually ended up extending our stay at the house. Overall, we loved the property and our stay.

Very nice house with lots of space. 6 adults and 3 kids and we had room to spare. 2 refrigerators are a great plus. Excellent pool with heater. Private walkway to beach. Well equipped kitchen. Only negative is house is 20 + years and all original decor so it’s dated. Not unusual for Holden Beach accommodations. Overall I give it an 8 out of 10.

The house lived up to all the photos: beautiful, clean, lots of seating, great kitchen, pool, everything we needed or wanted. We did have an unusual trip with being on the edge of Hurricane Ian, but we were in constant contact with Rob, Melissa, Heather, so everything went smoothly with no problems. Rob was always quick to respond to all questions. Truly a gorgeous spot to enjoy time away. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed this house during our stay. It was perfect for the amount of couples that we had going. The house was very clean upon arrival and it had all the kitchen items that we needed to cook. This house has an huge open kitchen and living room where we spent a lot of our evenings. Rob, the host, was extremely easy to get in touch with and responded to any questions we had very quickly. We had a wonderful experience overall & I highly recommend this property!

Overall we had a great vacation. The pool was extremely hot but once reported it was taken care of. The only thing that could've been better was cleanliness of kitchen and inside kitchen cabinets and drawers. There were several roaches two of which were dead/dying.

This house had a great location . Totally enjoyed the privacy of the beach and the quietness on the west end . This was our first stay in Holden Beach and will definitely return . Property manager Rob was extremely responsive and very helpful . House was large enough to accommodate my family of 14 . Kitchen was well stocked . Just a few updates would be great - barbecue needs to be replaced and or cleaned . Wall to wall rugs on stairs and bedrooms need to be updated or removed and replaced with floors . Back door handle/lock a little tricky to operate . Overall great stay and would return

Perfect for our Family!
The owner was great to work with, and the house was perfect. There was a lot of space, and the kitchen was very functional with lots of seating! Our family likes to congregate in the kitchen, so we loved that! The boardwalk to the beach was convenient, and we loved the balconies off of the rooms! The pool was clean and very refreshing, Over all a 10/10 and would recommend to anyone! Thank you for allowing us to make such amazing memories!

Wonderful property and location
I rented the house for me, my parents, my siblings and their spouses and kids - 11 people total. The kitchen was well stocked with food prep tools and storage. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. The walk to the beach is short enough that we went back and forth between the beach and the pool each day. The adults enjoyed having a glass of wine on the back patio in the evenings. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The house was very clean when we got there and the owner provided beginning supplies of toilet paper, soap, dishwashing liquid etc. which was great. Plenty of NICE towels were also provided for each guest. The kitchen is WELL stocked and there wasn’t anything missing!
The pool wasn’t in the greatest condition when we got there, but the cleaning company came while we were there and made it look really good.
The only “complaint” I would have is that The walk way to the beach is super far and a bit tricky/dangerous with rotten boards and no hand railings, particularly at the steps. My mom really had trouble with this and the rest of us thought it was a bit iffy.
Overall, great house and would definitely recommend!

Beach House Weekend
First impression of the property was WOW!! Beautiful location and very spacious home. It was clean and the beds were comfortable, there were lots of towels and extra blankets. Unfortunatley there were a few things that were not in working order, we couldn't get the fireplace to work and we could only access subscription channels on the TV's, which was disappointing given it was Thanksgiving Weekend and there was a lot to watch. What was worse is that we called the number we were given for assistance 3 times and received no response. None. The longer we were there, the more we found things like the kitchen equipment and some other things were in need of updating. Overall we had a good time and the property met our needs
