Downstairs is a kitchenette, and upstairs the full kitchen features a reverse osmosis water system, marble countertops, high-end appliances, and ample cookware and utensils for preparing large meals. An adjacent kitchen bar includes a wine cooler next to a large pantry.
All the bedrooms have TVs, and the primary has access to a balcony overlooking the golf course. The en suite bathroom features a walk-in shower with two showerheads and a soaking tub. One of the guest bedrooms has private deck seating and an en suite bathroom, and two others share one with a double vanity.

Major construction is occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible, and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
Access to this three-story home is via several steps at the main entry; an elevator is available.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

This is a beautiful beach home! There’s a very well equipped kitchen and I appreciated the garage parking. The location in the neighborhood was nice and quite but still easily accessible to the beach boardwalk and neighborhood amenities. The stairs inside were steep but the elevator made taking in suitcases and groceries a breeze! Really loved having access to a propane grill also!
The only thing I we wished was a little different was the very cute girls room. I think that bunk beds would have been better than the two single twin beds. A couple kiddos didn’t like sleeping in the second floor hallway but otherwise plenty of sleeping and hang out space! Would definitely stay again.

The home is a great place for families with enough room for the entire crew! I brought my family there for the extended holiday and everyone had a blast. The amenities of Palmilla are pretty good, sans the drinks at the beach (you should pass on those). The home is spacious and has pretty much everything you need to have a great stay. The elevator was huge for my mother who is older, so it was easy for her to move up three levels. All in all, it really was a great vacation improved by the home and the Palmilla resort! Thx

This home was the most expensive home available when we booked so we assumed it would be the nicest. It wasn't. It's one of the older homes in the neighborhood and has a lot of deferred maintenance. For instance the microwave didn't work. Biggest complaint is everything is really cheap. The pillows looked they were from the 99 cent store. Cheap bedding, scratchy sheets, cheap toilet paper, cheap plates and silverware, cheap soap in the bathrooms. Kitchen is not well stocked. No coffee, no salt and pepper, nothing but plastic cups and plates. So plan on brining everything you might need. The whole thing just felt cheap. Not worth the extra cost. Also, it's three stories, so you're constantly walking up and down stairs. Do yourself a favor and rent a two story, especially if you have kids.

We stayed at Wave and Sea and were very disappointed in Vacasa. There is no running water at the mst shower. We called our first day and requested a repair. No one showed. We called our 2nd day and still no one showed. We called the 3rd day and no one showed to make repairs.
After 3 days we left and still never had running water at the mst bath shower. I have emailed Vacasa twice about it with no response. The house was filthy and Vacasa truly didn't doesn't care about any of it. Stay away.

House was clean but needs a few more kitchen gadgets. Had to call for kitchen towels, but they were sent out promptly. Did not have propane for grill. Wish the house had a green space like Cinnamon Shores for the kids to play outside, but overall, a good experience. Everyone was very nice and accomodating.

Most relaxing vacation ever!
We came in for a week long family vacation with 4 kids and our nanny and everyone had a great time. The house is beautiful, the decks and balconies are the nicest I've ever seen, our favorite thing to do while at home was to swing on the porch swing and feel the amazing ocean breeze and listening to the birds. The pool at the community was amazing, we went every single day, their bar and food service at the pool was great! The property manger was very responsive and took care of any issues that raised fast. Our stay was great, one of the most relaxing vacations ever. We truly had the best time! I recommend you reserve your golf cart, cabana and beach chairs weeks before your arrival. Upon our arrival nothing was available for the whole week but we still made it work, we went into town and rented things somewhere else.

Our family and friends had a great weekend in Port Aransas at Palmilla Beach. The house was in great condition and fit the description. The staff was professional and the amenities at the resort were helpful after a long day at the beach. Beach access and setup were a breeze given the crossover bridge accessable from the resort. Only down sides to our stay was endless stairs. Some of the was to be expected with beach housing but having the living room/kitchen on the top floor made for very tired legs and didn't leave much space to congregate before leaving each day. Additionally the 2 stair wells are steep and pose a hazard to children and elderly. All in all it was a great trip and we were thankful to be together in a lovely home.

The Palmilla Beach Resort exceeded our expectations. Easy access to the beach, an exceptional neighborhood pool with libation bar, beautiful golf course, and an oustanding restaurant (The Black Marlin) made our stay a real treat. The home was clean, well kept and the view across the golf course to the Gulf was spectacular. Unfortunately, access to the 3rd floor kitchen/living area via 2 sets of very steep stairs limits practical use of the home to athletic individuals. A dumbwaiter and a simple refrigerator ice maker would be welcome improvements - particularly in this price range. We will pay more attention to the description of the stairs in our next rental. Streets in the resort are narrow (leave the big honker truck at home) and parking is a little inconvenient, but workable.

positives: beautiful house with nice furniture and very clean, Palmilla Resort amenities and guest services (restaurant with ordering at beach, pool and inside golf club, beach bathrooms, chairs, pool cabanas, onsite golf carts, events, etc), for those with children there is 1 built in baby gate on the middle floor, a door for the top floor, and extra gates in the closet negatives: construction... the house next door is being built and lots of construction in the resort so be aware; we had to call because there were vehicles blocking the driveway and my husband had to go to corpus to get a new tire because we got a flat due to a nail in our tire (but the weekend had LESS construction than during the week and that was a reprieve from the noise and congestion), stairs... the house has stairs about 26 per flight very steep so be advised for carrying stuff or guests who dont do well with stairs, we did have issues getting into the house on check-in but a call fixed the problem... would rather have the key pad on the inside of the garage versus the outside door because it was a hassle with shutting the garage door

We showed up and the house was filthy. The floors, dishes, etc. all disgusting. I called to complain and they apologized and told me they would get someone out there that day. They didn’t. I called the next morning and they said the housekeeper would call to setup a time to come by and clean. No call. So I cleaned the whole place myself. They finally the day before checkout saying they would send someone that afternoon. I laughed. They keep promising compensation but no one will call me back. This company is a total sham. I spoke with someone again a few days ago (Hunter) and he told me a manager would call me to discuss compensation. No one ever called me. Your company is a joke and I have reported you to the BBB, I have posted a review on your Facebook page and I will continue to take further action if someone does not provide me with adequate compensation before the end of the day tomorrow.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at this beautiful home. We were in awe of this property. The decor was absolutely stunning. There were 7 of us that stayed and we had more than enough room. Everything was immaculate. We spent time at the pool and it was so nice to have staff that took care of us.
