About this house rental

This bright, clean and stylish home has everything you need to make your visit comfortable and welcoming. Relax in the living room after your travels with Firestick/Roku TV. Prepare meals and mix cocktails in the well-equipped, functional kitchen. Enjoy the pristine bathroom with tub/shower and elegant marble vanity. Two bedrooms and a living room sofa bed will sleep up to 6 guests. Washer/dryer. Large deck with patio and BBQ. Dog friendly backyard. Parking for up to four cars.

Living room with fiber internet Wi-Fi, Roku TV/Amazon Fire Stick, dining room table with seating for 6 and sofa which pulls out into a full sized bed and can accommodate 2 guests

Kitchen with new appliances, ice maker in freezer, Keurig, French press, tea, cocktail set, wine opener, wine glasses, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, drinking glasses, coffee mugs, etc.

Bathroom with shower/tub, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and plenty of clean towels

Utility room with full laundry facilities and short-term guest storage

Deck (480 sq. ft.) with patio furniture, charcoal BBQ

Backyard which is enormous and fully fenced, ready for your furry friend! (Like having your own private dog park)

Parking for up to four cars on the property with ample additional street parking available

We needed a centrally located property and this fit the bill. The property is clean, quiet and beautiful. Had everything you would need to make a home away from home. Great grocery stores nearby. Would absolutely stay here again. For our family of 3 and dog comfortably. Damon is a great VRBO host.

The house was spotless. Directions were clear. Communication was speedy. Furnishings were comfy and clean. The kitchen is amazing! The locale is right next to a highway but the house was not noisy. Super easy to get to and close to LOTS to do! We’d stay there again in a heartbeat!

Enjoyed this location near Tigard main street and close to my oldest child's residence. Plenty of room for the three of us to spread out and great amenities within the home. So much better than staying at a hotel!

Cozy little house with a convenient location. Very close to highways. We were able to quickly get to the coast and downtown Portland. A lot of great amenities provided to make it feel just like home.

I rented this home for 2 weeks so I could be with family for the birth of our 1st Grandchild. Well, on the drive up from AZ I started to get a sore throat and chest congestion. Obviously, I couldn't be around a new baby or anyone else that would be around that baby. I'm so glad I rented this house. I laid on the couch for a week recuperating. There were plenty of options on the tv. I had someone bring me groceries and the owners have stocked the kitchen so well I didn't need to leave for anything.

Extremely clean well supplied with a fantastic backyard for our pup Dewey. Sometimes a vrbo says the backyard is fully fenced but isn't. Our host Damon made sure there were no gaps in the fence, and we could let Dewey out without supervision. Great kitchen, comfortable beds, charcoal barbecue. Great tv with every channel imaginable. The house is a short 5 minute walk through a small park to downtown where there are numerous coffee shops, brew pubs, cool hamburger place (great for kids), and various shops. Kitchen is very well appointed. Would certainly stay again! Tom and Laurie

We had a few night stint in Portland before leaving back home. This house is adorable and the kitchen is stocked! Perfect for foodies! I really have no complaints. The beds are a bit low and “college” like and the home is close to traffic noise, but again that is a small thing compared to the rest of the home. Love the blue in the kitchen!!! The host was a great communicator and has attention to detail! Thank you!!!

A lovely place to stay in the Portland area! Close to Hwy. 217 and I-5, this clean and cozy dog friendly house was perfect for our family (two adults and one tween). Lots of thoughtful touches. Just off Hwy. 99 in Tigard there was some street noise, but with the air conditioners running it was not too noticable at night. Large backyard was private and nice for sitting outside. We would stay here again!

Beautifully updated home with modern furnishings and well thought out amenities. Situated on an unassuming street with easy access to I-5 and Hwy 217. Walking distance to historic downtown Tigard. Only a 25 minute drive to Oregons renowned Wine Country. Great private back yard. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m back in town to visit friends and family.

The house was great and had everything we needed for our trip to The Portland area. Huge bonus that it was pet friendly and had a nice big, fenced back yard. Comfortable and clean, would definitely stay again.
