About this house rental
Newly Remodeled, charming bungalow located across the street from Beautiful Payette Lake. This 3 bedroom 2 bath house is perfect for families or groups who want the simplicity of everything in walking distance. Not only are you directly across the street from the lake and walking distance to downtown shopping and restaurants you are also close to the ski hill, many hikes and outdoor activities. When you are not playing in the lake, boating, fishing, hiking or skiing in the winter you can enjoy "staying in" and relaxing. We have a full kitchen complete with Keurig coffee/hot cocoa maker, crock pot, microwave, stove, dishwasher, griddle, waffle maker and a propane bbq grill for when you want to grill outside. We are hoping you will not need to work while in McCall. However, if you do we have a desk in the loft making it convenient to get work done so you can get back out and play.
We have a separate area in the main living room where you would be able to enjoy a book by the wood burning fireplace (firewood supplied) or enjoy one of the games/puzzles we have at the property. Wifi, Youtube TV, Prime video and Disney Plus are also provided. New Trex deck in back with easy access to mudroom for hanging of beach towels in the summer or removing of snow boots in the winter. Friendly Deer often spotted in backyard grassed area. They too, love the location!

We had a great stay in McCall. This property is super cute, spacious and in a great location. We really enjoyed walking around the village and driving to Ponderosa State Park to hike. Thank you!!

I can't think of anything as a negative against this stay and property. The location is awesome - 2 minute walk to the grocery store, 5 minutes to downtown, and 15 minutes to the Shore Lodge for some top-class dinners. The host was very proactive and responsive. The house has a lot of charm with modern amenities - the large screen TV, the well-stocked kitchen, the available activity gear are all really nice. Mix that with something that fits with the McCall vibe, the mountain lake small town. We'll be back again next summer.

The house was perfect for our needs, it was clean and in a wonderful location. We were getting married in town and it was right down the road. It was also in walking distance to the grocery store and downtown. We were able to have our dog, which was amazing. Check in and out was easy. Would recommend staying here and would stay here again.

We enjoyed this very nice home which had wonderful McCall access. Home was pet friendly, and totally updated - great appliances, TV with full Youtube access. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything that was needed. Easy walking to lake trails, restaurants and groceries.
Hailey (home owner) was very responsive to any questions we had. Very good experience.

We loved staying in this charming home in McCall which is less than a block from downtown where there are wonderful restaurants, breweries, shops and the best bakery. The home is cozy and warm and we appreciated being able to bring our dog. We’d love to stay here again. It was a wonderful 3 night stay!

My family and our 2 dogs stayed home over a long weekend. The place was so cute and just like the pictures and you can’t beat the location. Hailey was so helpful and responsive. We will definitely be back!

The next best thing to bring on the lake is right across the street and close to everything. Hailey’s cabin is in a perfect location close to parks, groceries and in town shopping. The cabin was very clean with an open floor plan and comfortable beds. Huge back yard space. Hailey was very welcoming.

The place was great! The owner was awesome! Great with her communication, quick to respond and very kind. The location was great too. Walking distance to downtown, eateries and lake. I look forward to staying there again. Highly recommend!

The house looks like it was recently remodeled. Everything was very modern. IT’s location makes it easy to walk everywhere in McCall.

We stayed in March after quite a bit of snow, and it was great to see the quieter side of McCall in between the more touristy times of the year. The town was enjoyably quieter, and the house and location can't be beat. A few minutes walk from the quaint downtown, right across the street from lake Payette, and 5-10 min drive to amazing skiing & snow activities. The house itself was cute, clean, and set up perfectly for 1-2 families (beds for 8-10 people). Would absolutely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Hailey was so welcoming and responsive. The house was darling and had everything we could want. There’s was a ton of wood cut and ready to use, the kitchen was well appointed, the furniture was comfortable, and the location made walking into town a breeze. We will definitely be back! 😃

We loved everything about this property. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was well stocked. Heating and fire great. Perfect location. Hailey was very responsive and friendly. Kids loved the WII. We felt very at home. Even had a small doe greet us on the driveway.

The only thing to mention is that it is on the main street of McCall. This time of year was not bad, but in the summer when it is busy, it would be very hard to get out of the driveway. Just something to keep in mind.

The home was immaculate. Very comfortable for 2 couples and our 2 little dogs. There is a 3rd bedroom we didn’t use. The kitchen was perfect and we enjoyed bringing in a couple of meals. The home is well located, across the street from the lake, steps from the Albertsons and within an easy walk to all of the shops and restaurants. Hailey, our host, was very welcoming and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our second August staying at Hailey's! We absolutely love the proximity to the marina and downtown. The house is immaculate and it has everything you need! We enjoyed the bikes and paddle boards too! The beds are comfy and the deck is super cute! See you next year!

Wonderful stay
This property is right across the street from the lake, a ten minute walk at most to lake access. Two provided paddleboards made for lots of fun in the water. The house is just three houses down from Albertsons, so it was really fast to run and pick up anything we wanted for breakfast or dinner, etc. Three formal bedrooms plus a futon in the loft and a pull out sofa in the family room made for lots of sleeping spaces. The home stayed cool even in the heat of June summer. Any questions were answered immediately by the owner who couldn't have been more friendly. A wonderful stay!

Communication with host was very good - really cared that we knew where things were, that the place was working out for us and we felt free to ask questions. Grocery store a couple hundred feet down street. Little things like have K cups available for morning coffee on first day and beach towels were very much appreciated.

Great Location
This beautifully decorated home was so fantastic that my three-year-old asked if it could be our new home. We all had a great time in McCall and this home was the perfect place to keep us cozy and warm. There was plenty of space for our crew of three adults and three kids. Also, the host Hailey is very responsive and super helpful with any questions. When we come back to McCall we know where we will be staying.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful and cozy home. They had everything we needed. It was steps to the grocery store, the lakefront, and an easy walk to shops and restaurants. We were able to relax, cook, enjoy the scenery and the snow outside the window, while keeping warm inside with heat controls in each room and a wood stove. Skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and cross-country ski trails are within an easy drive from the property. Top recommendation for a great place to stay.

What a wonderful cabin! We’ve been coming to McCall on and off (mostly on) for the last 20 years. This cabin has the most comfortable beds we’ve ever had.
Location was great. Walking distance to Albertsons and all of downtown.
Hailey was terrific to work with.
