Our 2-story property features 2,064 square feet of living space to accommodate your family & friends. The layout comfortably sleeps 8.

Downstairs Master Bedroom: Queen bed

Upstairs Bedroom 2:King bed and Twin bed; also features a window facing Oaklawn Race Track and overlooks our adjoining property.

Let your culinary star shine in our fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything for cooking and baking. Our gas range and oven are perfect for your meal prep. Also provided are baking sheets, pots/pans, a blender, toaster, waffle iron, and cooking utensils. The breakfast nook seats 4 and can double as a Buffet area for meal service during your stay. Enjoy your meal in the spacious dining room that seats six.

What do we all need in the morning? Coffee! We’ve set up two fully stocked coffee bars. Downstairs has a traditional 10 cup coffee maker/single-serve Keurig. Another Keurig is upstairs for those who want to enjoy a fresh mug while getting ready for the day.

Surely it's 5 o’clock somewhere…right? We provide wine glasses and mixed drink glasses as well as a blender so you can make it just the way you like.

Follow the hardwood floors into the spacious living room to watch one of our four, 4k Wi-Fi TV’s. We provide high-speed internet with speeds up to 50Mbps. Log into your favorite apps: Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, YouTube- the list goes on. We cut the cord on cable and our property is Wi-Fi only entertainment. However, Pluto TV is a free app that has traditional channel choices if you do not subscribe to any online streaming services.

What? You didn’t come to Hot Springs to sit indoors? Good, because the property has a lot to offer on the outside. We have a covered front porch that seats 4 and overlooks our adjacent lot. This lot is part of your rental and is big enough for soccer, baseball, or a football field worth of fun. Plan an event in the space and have a ball. Our fully fenced-in backyard also has a covered porch and seats 8. We have provided a gas barbecue for you to cook on as well.

Items such as high chairs, kid's plates, and silverware are available for smaller guests.

Location, Location, Location

Oaklawn Racing Casino and Resort offers adult entertainment year-round. From horse racing to slots, spend some time with friends and family trying to improve your luck next door. Oaklawn is within walking distance of our property. Everyone in your party can come and go as they please because of our close proximity.

Less than a 5-minute drive to the Historic Hot Springs Downtown, you have entertainment all around. Tour the Fordyce Bathhouse Visitor Center and find out why people from around the world have gathered here to bathe in the healing waters. Travel 216 feet to the observation deck atop the Hot Springs Mountain Tower and see the entirety of Hot Springs. Take a hike within the 26 miles of trails that are interconnected throughout the mountains and historic neighborhoods. Downtown also offers a variety of restaurants, shops, and nightlife. There is something for everyone!

Hot Springs, Arkansas offers many fun family activities. Magic Springs Theme and Water Park is only 4 miles away from the property. Mid America Museum, Garvan Woodlawn Gardens, Crystal Mining, Maxwell Blade Theatre of Magic, and the Arkansas Alligator Farm and Petting Zoo are all minutes away.

Don’t forget about the surrounding lakes: Lake Catherine, Lake Ouachita, Lake Hamilton, and Lake DeGray offer outside activities such as boating, fishing, and swimming. Our property also has space to park your boat when you return from lake life as well as room for an RV without hookups.
