Seain' is Believin' is most definitely a vacation home true to its name, if you are searching for the most magnificent views, ample space, a great location and all the amenities…. look no further! This home offers everything you could hope for and more with phenomenal views, water access, privacy, and just a short walk to the beach. It is perfect for families or large groups who need lots of space, private bedrooms, and luxury furnishings with tons of amenities - such as a spacious fully equipped kitchen, cable, personal streaming platforms, games, puzzles, flat screens, and books waiting to be read. This vacation retreat is ideally located in the Kings Lynn area on the west end of the island, tastefully decorated, and will provide your family with all the necessities needed for a wonderful Oak Island Experience!

There are four bedrooms and five bathrooms, plus a fifth dedicated sleeping space with two twin bunk beds in the rec room with oversized lounging couch right off the lower patio and pool area. The spacious Master Suite and bath is located on the top floor and has a comfortable king-sized bed with its own private porch access that offers beautiful sunrise and sunsets overlooking the waterway. Additional rooms - Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, bedroom 3 King bed, bedroom 4 has a set of bunks with two doubles and a queen pull out sofa, and bonus space 5 on the main level has a set of twin bunk beds. This spacious home provides room for everyone in the family to relax and enjoy their Oak Island vacation and includes plenty of space to entertain and dine. Preparing your favorite low country seafood dinner will be a delight. For a quiet evening, relax on the back deck overlooking the marsh and the outdoor pool area where the whole crew can enjoy after a long beach day or mosey on down to the end of the dock at the water's edge and observe the wildlife. You are sure to see, osprey, egrets, heron, dolphins, and maybe even an alligator or two.

There is something for everyone. If fishing is your passion, this home comes with a private dock where you can catch the freshest seafood in town. We know you want to relax without any stops at the store when you get to the island. To get you started we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pod, washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 night minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons. We had a great time at Seain' is Believing! The house is spacious and beautiful and the location is wonderful. And such a gorgeous view! Being close to the beach and The Point was lots of fun. We enjoyed the covered dock and saw dolphins and rays several times. My son and father spent hours fishing and had a blast. The pool was lovely and there were even some floats and toys to use. The covered back deck off the kitchen was an awesome space with couches and and dining table. Without a ceiling fan, and being July, it was just too hot to use for us. During cooler parts of the year it would have been our favorite spot. There were a few issues that were disappointing, but not horrible. The water faucet at the dock was broken; it would have made fishing easier and more enjoyable to have water accessibility. Also the pool light was broken, which made swimming in the evening less enjoyable. We were able to use the spotlights, but they were so bright it just wasn't as nice. Management was quick to respond and communicated well. Unfortunately though, both issues could not be repaired during our week. Please note the elevator is not for guest use. That was a surprise and disappointment for us. There was so much we loved about the house. But without the use of the elevator, I'm not sure we would rent it again.

Location was everything with this rental. Right on the inlet which allowed for fishing and kayaking, but 5 min walk to the beach. There was a mishap with the cleaning service on check-in day where I received a text right at 4pm stating my unit wasn’t cleaned yet. Property management had it resolved within a few hours, but nonetheless stressful. On the final 2 days of our trip the pool filter stopped working and prohibited us from using the pool, which was a massive bummer for the kids. Property management has still yet to respond about any type of refund for the inconvenience. Overall rating 4/5, but had obvious issues during the week.
