Stroll just 5 minutes to the beach for blissful days along the coast. Go fishing off the pier, play golf, or head out on an aquatic expedition on the Intracoastal Waterway. Dining, shopping, and entertainment options are mere minutes away.

LIVING AREA

A sectional and an armchair set the scene for relaxation in the living area. In the evening, kick back and stream a movie on the 60 smart TV with DVD player.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and helpful gadgets.

While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating for three. When its time to eat, gather for fresh meals around the six-person dining table that includes a fold-out leaf to expand seating. (There is an additional fold-out table for four available.)

BED & BATH

This rental accommodates 10 guests in four bedrooms.

The primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed and a smart TV, while the second bedroom features a queen bed and a smart TV. These rooms are connected by a bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The third bedroom offers a queen bed and a smart TV, while the fourth bedroom is outfitted with two twin-over-twin bunk beds.

The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Sip morning coffee on the deck, featuring two rockers and an armchair.

Unwind into vacation mode at the downstairs outdoor lounge area, outfitted with two sofas, a rocker, and a porch swing.

Keep mealtime simple with a cookout on the gas grill. Then dine alfresco at the table for four or the six-person picnic table.

Practice your golf swing on the putting green.

An outdoor shower provides added convenience.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Beach chairs/toys/umbrellas, a wagon, corn hole, a Pack N Play, and a stroller are provided in the rental.

Parking is available for four cars (one under the carport and three in the driveway).

This stilted home is accessed via a flight of exterior stairs.

Property was in good location. Typical beach house. Beds were very comfortable as was the living space. Kitchen could use some upgraded pots and cooking materials. Beach chairs could use upgrade as well. Floors were very gritty all the time despite sweep and vacuum.

Sunset Beach is quiet and not commercialized, making it a relaxing perfect getaway. Our temporary home was immaculate and well stocked with everything we could possibly need. The management company was supportive and very available for any needs. Gloria from Vacasa was exceptional. We have found a new destination!

The only thing I have to complain about is the house wasn’t very clean. We took off our shoes and the floors made our feet black. The blankets were also not up to par. And I didn’t like the fact there was no cold water in the house in any of the faucets. The house was nice and close to the beach with plenty of room.

Some issues with the property, tub drain had to be cleared for water to not fill tub, transition piece between wood and tile was loose and a trip hazard, we removed it and put it back but had been repaired before, lock on entry door was difficult to use and did not always work, palm tree branches were very noisy and disrupted sleep and hasp on garage door needs fixing. The house was in great location but these small issues were noticeable and annoying. Would recommend if these issues were addressed.

This house is a great house for a big family. 4 bunk beds which would have been great for several kids. It was not right on the beach but not a bad walk to get there. It was nice to have beach equipment in the closet for use as well. Very open layout with tvs in every room. Definitely a comfy house to stay in.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in the “Coastal escape”. It is an older home, but with updated interior. Newer appliances, K-cup and regular coffee pot, lots of pots and pans, (some very scratched), granite counter tops, laminate/tile floors, 2 full baths. Check in was easy via a coded lock on the door. BIG flat screen tv in LR, and tvs in every bedroom. However, no cable, just streaming tv service. Fairly close to the beach, ( within 5 min. walk), or you can drive and park at the pier. Comfortable beds, (one king in master, 2 queens , and 4 bunk beds.

I rent this property for a long weekend get away. I have 3 grown children (18-25) and a grandchild (7 months). This property was perfect location and very family friendly. Had lots of different options for activity to suit everyone needs. Not to mention the weather was perfect.

The house was really nice. We did have trouble getting in. The code they sent us didn't work. We called, they sent a new code and that didn't work either. After 10 minutes on the phone they said they were going to send someone, but then we asked if there was an actual key on the property and they gave us the code to use the key box. After a long day of traveling, this was frustrating, but we did get in. The house itself is very nice and has everything you need. We did also leave behind a flat iron and called Turnkey, they said they would call us back in 48hours and we never got a call back.

We loved this property! It was very spacious and our favorite part was the front porch! We loved the gate to keep the kiddos in and the market lights to add to the ambiance. The beds were also super comfortable and we liked the extra details the owners include such as all the beach accessories, smart TVs, and kitchen stuff. It was our first time to sunset beach and we will be back!

This house was great for my family. I understand the idea behind bunk beds but I prefer no bunk beds for my family. The bathroom mats/rugs looked dirty so we didn’t use them. We had a small number of ants in the kitchen sink each day. The hard floors need a deep cleaning because our 1 year olds feet got really dirty when walking and crawling. We did have an issue with the keypad on the front door but it was resolved quickly each time. Overall this is a great house, very close to everything. Turn Key was so easy to work with. Would definitely rent here again.
