Come Get Away for a month or longer in a nice cozy suite to relax in.

Completely furnished Condo on the 3rd floor with a wonderful view of the mountains & sunset in the South Bay community.
Recently renovated, with all new flooring, appliances and furniture. New flat screen TV. Balcony carpet brand new. All buildings recently painted this year.
Enjoy the your day out on your own balcony with a wonderful view of the mountains and pool.

Amenities include 2 pools, 2 jacuzzies, club house, small gym, tennis courts/racquet ball courts, cover carport parking. Only minutes to casinos, dining, entertainment and of course the majestic Colorado River.

The property was clean and well kept. Space was not utilized properly as this condo is basically the size of a hotel room. The hosts were poor at responding to phone calls. The best I can say is I am glad Las Vegas was only 90 miles away, I spent most of my winter there.

Loved our stay here! Perfect for the two of us. Very clean and has everything you need. So nice to have heated pools and a beautiful view. The host, Mandy is wonderful, always there to help!

I stayed a while here- a little over the first half of 2022. It has everything you need for a short vacation or an extended stay. Nestled in a gated community with one location for both entry and exit (2 entry lanes/1exit lane) added a sense of security. A covered parking spot- included- helped to keep my car protected from the sun; (if you have multiple cars, there are plenty uncovered parking spaces).This community has multiple pools, a community gym, basketball court, and more. The condo itself offers beautiful sunset views from the living room, bedroom, or outside balcony that spans both bedroom and living room. The balcony comes with a storage space with full sized door. The furniture was neat and well-kept. Mattress and pillows provided with protectors. The most convenient feature besides parking was the in-unit washer & dryer. The kitchen is standard with fridge, dishwasher, double sink, cooktop, & oven. A microwave is provided. Another feature that I absolutely loved was no carpeting in the unit. The flooring is in great condition as so with the rest of the condo. Let’s not forget about the amount of natural lighting during the day; the condo faces west and so from sunrise to sunset, I didn’t need to turn on the lights, not even in the bathroom or kitchen. YES- THERE IS AC - Air Conditioning vents in every space of the condo and it is effective to keep the whole place cool day and night. The neighbors were amazing! Very polite and friendly. The property manager was nothing short of amazing: - accessible (available) - communicative (no surprises) - courteous (professional) - responsive (knowledgeable and efficient) I had such a wonderful experience staying in this vacation rental. I highly recommend staying here when in the area.
