Ideal for family getaways or couples trips, Diamond Beach #602 is the perfect place to enjoy a beach vacation with all the extras you’re looking for. Enjoy 3 comfy bedrooms, a private balcony, open layout, and a cleared path to the nearby beach. As a bonus, you’ll have access to resort amenities that include multiple pools, a lazy river, workout room, theater and more!
The elevator makes it easy to get your luggage upstairs to your private, 6th level condo. You’ll feel at home the moment you walk into the spacious living area, surrounded by walls of windows showcasing superb views. The large sectional is perfect for lounging and planning the day's activities. Seat 6 at the dining table or 3 at the kitchen island, and serve up fresh Gulf seafood prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen.
The primary king suite has an en suite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. Across the hall is the queen bedroom and bunk room, which share a full bathroom. Each bedroom has ample closet space to make yourself at home. The stackable washer and dryer set is conveniently located in the hall closet.
Enjoy your personal paradise on the balcony, a nd soak in the Galveston sights and sounds. Get front row seats to the Gulf views. Take turns switching between the multiple resort pools and the nearby beach. When you’re ready to hit the town, you’re only 7 miles from the heart of Historic Downtown Galveston. The hardest part of your vacation will be picking your favorite activity!

For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

Well worth the money

Nice condo and exact fly as shown in pics. Had a minor issue with a sink not draining in the second bathroom and it was promptly fixed after reporting the issue. Great response by the property management! We all had a wonderful time!

Diamond Beach Condos
This property is listed as a luxury vacation getaway location; however, we found it to be less than luxurious. The grounds were kept clean, and the condo staff was friendly. However, the amenities advertised were not all available. For example, the slide was closed and has been all summer from what we heard; the only bar that is open is the pool bar, and it is only open on Thursdays - Sundays from 12 pm - 6 pm which is ridiculous for the summer hours; there is not any food or any other bar available onsite; the oversized chess set that is one of their selling points is missing pieces and has many others that are broken; there are not enough umbrellas for the amount of holders and they are duct-taped or otherwise rigged to work. The pool is nice, the lazy river is okay, but neither are enough to bring us back to here again.
In the condo, a shelf fell off the wall above one of the bunk beds, the overhead rainshower in the master bathroom did not work, and in the other bathroom, the shower would not turn off so you could not use the bathtub.

Some challenges
Overall, we had a nice stay, but there were some hiccups. When the management company emails you a wifi password, ignore it. Use the one on the bulletin board of the condo. Both bathrooms had broken towel racks, and it would be an easy fix for the maintenance crew. Our last two days, unfortunately, were marred by the condo's security system. The system disconnected from wifi, and when it reconnected, it armed itself. Each time the front door opened, the system went off for five minutes. We asked for help fixing this but didn't receive any.
Also - be forewarned that spring break is not considered a busy season, and many onsite amenities were closed.
