This property was perfect for our needs. The property was well maintained and everything was as pictured in the listing. The house was clean and comfortable for our group. We had no trouble checking in or out. The manager was VERY easy to communicate with and responded promptly to any question we had.

My dad, brother, brother-in-law, and I stayed here rather than a hotel during a snow goose hunting trip. We didn’t spend a ton of time at the house but it had everything we needed and was a nice place to stay. I went on a run around the house Saturday afternoon and the area doesn’t seem to be the greatest but it was fine and appears to be getting a face lift right now. In terms of restaurants, stores, and getting to our hunting spot, it was a great location though. Would have been nice to have a grill as we weren’t able to cook the burgers and brats we brought for dinner.

Clean and tidy. Pictures need to be updated There are no bushes in front of the house. And the picture of the kitchen showing the Keurig pods wasn't available. Otherwise, the house served our purpose perfectly. Thank you.

It was perfect for our needs visiting family in Jonesboro. Location was great. We had everything we needed. Plenty of space. Felt safe, quite neighborhood. The driveway was steep but we made it work.

The home is very comfortable & well equipped. Beds & linens are fresh and comfortable. We made a request after last year's stay for regular patio chairs (rather than fold up type) and they made that happen...thank you!

This is a clean, pleasant rental. We stayed here with our adult son while visiting our daughter and her family. The beds are soft, linens are plentiful and the pillows are good. There is a code to enter either the front door or garage, so no need to worry about a key. One bedroom is downstairs with a bathroom. Two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom. It is compact and comfortable. The kitchen has a good selection of pans for cooking. 2 coffee pots, a Keurig and regular coffee pot. Toaster and 2 microwaves. Dishwasher is nice. Some basic spices and oil provided. Air conditioner is great and ceiling fans in all the rooms make it pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice house. Very clean and nicely furnished and supplied. Driveway is pretty steep and the turnaround is a pretty tight turn if you are in a truck like I was.

The house was great and was convenient to restaurants and other activities we had planned. Parking would be a concern with multiple vehicles but worked ok for us.

Loved our stay. Only drawback was parking. Garage wasn’t available and difficult to maneuver the steep driveway. Everything else was great!

The home was exactly as shown and spotless! Seems to be newly remodeled from top to bottom. Linens were very soft, lots of pillows on every bed, beds very comfortable, kitchen well equipped, TV with Roku in every bedroom was fantastic (especially for our teenagers). Only suggestions would be to upgrade the bath towels such as all white and regular patio chairs (inexpensive stackables would be great) since as an older person, I can’t get out of the foldable ones lol. Location is near all the stores & restaurants that you could want and close to access highway. Those are minor issues and we would definitely rent again. Thank you!

Because we were coming in late I called the Manager to see if the air was on and she laughed and said all their units had the air on. I felt like she was being rude as did the others in the car. The downstairs was cool but upstairs stayed hot all night. Would not stay again.

We stayed here for my son's school testing, and it was a perfect alternative to a hotel! The house was very nice, and everything we needed was provided. It's also close to shopping areas in town. The only downside was the driveway. It's very steep and the road the house is located on is a little busy, which made leaving a little sketchy. Otherwise the house was amazing 😊 We would definitely stay here again.

Great property. Needs a few more things in the kitchen. Property mgmt did not reply. Thank goodness no major emergency. Picked up trash 2 days in yard and newborn also from trash over turned.
