Upgraded 3 bed 2 bath, all new appliances and furniture, 10 min to airport, great access to national parks (Yosemite, Sequoia, Kings Canyon, etc), quiet street close to stores and restaurants, high speed wifi, hardwood flooring, dining table and work table, 65" TV w. Xfinity cable + Netflicks, roofed patio with patio table + propane BBQ grill, all kitchen essentials including blender, coffee maker. 2 queen beds, 1 full-twin bunk bed and 1 queen sofa bed. 2-cars garage plus additional parking space

The location of the property is exactly what I needed when my family went to Fresno. It was within the distance I needed to attend my family event. If you are looking for a quiet area to stay and relax, I'd recommend this property. The host are great at responding back, check in & out was super easy! I would stay here again.

Cute house in suburbia that felt safe and comfortable for five people. Looked exactly like the listing--no unpleasant surprises. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of cookware and utensils available. My only (minor) complaint was the water pressure in the shower, but it wasn't so low as to be unusable; I just like a good bit of water pressure for rinsing my hair. Overall definitely recommend.

We stayed here for a couple of days and it was perfect for us. This house is beautiful and well maintained, everything was as described! The location was right in the middle of where we wanted to go. We loved our stay!

Very clean and nicely updated 3 bedroom house! The neighborhood is fair but the proximity to restaurants and shopping nearby are great. It was a very nice place for us to relax in the evening after exploring National parks and local attractions.

The overall stay was somewhat good. The master bedroom ceiling fan and light were not working. The manager was informed, but to no avail. However, if we had to change the AC settings below 80F for some cool air, there is an extra charge of $10 per day not advertised before.

The host, Masato, as well as his assistant, Ramon, were both very attentive to our needs. I received detailed instructions prior to checkin with numbers we can call with any questions or if we needed help. One night, we accidentally locked ourselves out with the wrong door code. With kids who needed to get to bed after a long tournament and not knowing what else to do, I called Ramon, though it was late at night, and he was able to talk me through the issue. It turned out that I didn't need to reset the code at all but just wait 5 minutes to try again. In a culture where most of our transactions are digital with no human interaction, being able to just call someone for quick assistance is truly appreciative.

This property was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The communication with Masuda was excellent. His attention to detail is obvious from the moment you enter the property. It is one of the best VRBO’s we have ever stayed at.

Upon arrival, the house was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked. The best part is that the location is great, close to anything you may need while away from home. We will stay again when we return to Fresno!

Exactly as pictured, so clean and comfortable. Host was amazing. Quiet, comfortable bed, kitchen labeled so you know where everything is and water in the fridge. My favorite though was the lemon tree in the back yard!

For 3 “mature” women, this was perfect! We needed a place to stay for a conference at the Veterans Memorial District and wanted more individual space than a motel/hotel. We decided to try a home rental. We made the right choice! The home was perfect; very clean, comfortable beds, nice linens - did I mention very clean! The kitchen was fully equipped and included new appliances. Wonderful communication with owner & management - would definitely stay again!

This was probably the nicest VRBO we've stayed in! The house was immaculate, well decorated, welcoming, and we didn't have to lift a finger before we left! Perfect location to visit both Yosemite and Sequoia, close to lots of dining options. (We loved Old Town Clovis!)

We stayed here for a funeral and it was outstanding. It was clean and homey. The tiny details of shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the shower, the decorated toilet rolls and paper towel roll, the layout of towels and the water in the refrigerator were all qualities that said welcome in a very special way.

The property was very clean, well kept. All as advertised! The kitchen was labeled thoroughly, which made it quite simple and efficient. The propane grill was simple to use and clean. Directions to the house, and directions for the use of the house, were very thorough. Communication with the owner was expeditious. All in all, we were extremely pleased with our stay.

This property was exactly what we needed for our 6 night stay near Fresno. The check in process was really easy, the house was as advertised, clean and stocked with essentials. The backyard was great to have for the dogs. The location is super convenient for national parks, grocery shopping etc.
The communication with the host was easy and fast.

The family stayed here while my son was performing at CASMEC. Home was pretty clean, well stocked with most everything you need. A Keurig would have been nice. The beds were not comfortable though. But for a few nights no big deal.

My stay in Clovis was just great! The house was IMMACULATE and the check-in so easy. I loved the furnishings and decorations of the house. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The house is conveniently located in a nice quiet neighborhood. There is a Costco and Walmart around the corner and also other shopping conveniences located nearby. We enjoyed the simple process of checking in and checking out. The owners were quick to keep us informed of when the house was ready for us to move into. The kitchen was well stocked with a good set of cookware. I loved the extras, such as spices, oils and coffee. The bathrooms were well stocked with amenities and plenty of towels. Overall, the house was clean and comfortable.

I absolutely enjoyed it! My second stay in this home never disappoints. They provide extra towels everything is clean and organized. I recommend putting your dishes that are glass in a dishwasher I washed the dishes by hand and cracked one of the glasses. I felt so bad because it's a beautiful home and they provided all the necessities five stars

Property was very clean, updated and decorated beautifully. Easy access to property. Home was cute, cozy and very comfortable with everything needed. A great place to stay that felt like a comfortable home away from home. I would highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Clovis. Stayed for 11 days with family and friends and our two dogs. Huge TV, great AC, fast internet, awesome kitchen. Excellent communication with Masato & Ramón. I’m sure we’ll be staying at one of their properties again next time we’re in town!

My son and I stayed here while visiting the area, and we had no issues at all. The house seems to be recently remodeled, so everything is nice and up to date, and also everything was nice and clean. Communication with the owner was all good.

Clean and Comfortable
My wife, myself, and our 2 year old and 5 year old sons stayed here for a quick weekend getaway. The home is very, very clean, and has all the amenities anybody could want. We stayed here b/c our son had a karate tournament in Fresno on Saturday, then we were taking our Little League team to Chuckchansi Park on Sunday. The location of this home made it very simple, and fast, to get to both those locations AND down to the Tower District on Saturday for Porch Fest. We spent Sunday morning in Old Clovis having crepes and walking around. In short, this home is very comfortable, clean, and safe for families, it is also very conveniently located.
