What a cozy and comfortable home! We had everything we needed and more. Very well supplied. Cassie was quick to respond and resolve the tiny hicup with the access code. Everyone who stayed there felt right at home and was able to relax and enjoy one another. We had a wonderful overall experience!

We are a retired couple and stayed at this property for 3 months. The house is well laid out and spacious. The south facing deck offers great views while providing shade for the patio below. The yard is well maintained and a gate to the common space provides a huge space for kids to roam. Communication with the landlord was easy and excellent. We highly recommend this place!

My friends and I came in from Omaha for a Husker game day and the hosts were so accommodating with an early check in. House was perfect and we are so grateful we had a nice and safe place to sleep at night!

Went out to pay tribute to a dear friend that passed away and he was huge Husker fan. The house was everything we wanted and had everything we needed. Immaculately clean and spacious. We loved this house and plan to be back.

Beautiful home. In town for our daughter's wedding and wanted a place for other family members to drop by for a short visit.- was perfect. Very spacious with an open plan living room, dining room, and kitchen with large windows. Patio door opens to deck. Great place for family to gather. Bedrooms nice size, comfortable, and ample closet space. Enjoyed our stay.

Updated and extremely clean house with all the necessities included. We enjoyed grilling out and playing games at the large dining table with our kids. Host was easy to work with and prompt with information.

We were looking for an alternative to a hotel while visiting UNL and this house was perfect. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Lincoln. Cassie was wonderful to work with and responded quickly to all of our questions . We look forward to our next visit to Lincoln.

We were very happy with the quality of the property, it is updated and very clean. It is the perfect place to stay for a football weekend. Cassie was easy to contact regarding check in, and instructions were well documented. We hope to stay again when the Gophers play the Huskers.

My brothers and I stayed at this house for a weekend to attend a Nebraska football game. Cassie was quick to respond throughout the whole process and made checking in and out very smooth. I was very impressed with the accommodations. It was clean and in a great location close enough to the city to be near the activities but far enough you can escape the hustle and bustle. I would highly recommend this place to anyone making a trip to the Lincoln area.

This is a tastefully updated, well equipped place to stay! Nice beds and linens. You’ll also find a foosball table that is not pictured - so fun! Very clean as well. The check-in uses a smart lock, so very easy. It’s a safe and quiet neighborhood. It’s close to Pinewood Bowl, so it’s the perfect place to stay if you’re in town for a concert. We loved it, and would stay there again! Thanks to the owner and their excellent communication and responsiveness. We appreciated having the grill accessories set our for us as well. Great stay!

check in was very simple. House was very clean with lots of little extras supplied in the house ie; Dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, dishes pots pans etc. I will definitely be staying again next time I’m in Lincoln

Overall great experience, property was very clean and good place for group to get together. We were in town for wedding and even though place is on out skirts of town it was very conveniently located near interstate and highways. Grocery store very close. We had 1 1/2 year old in group and were ok because large number of adults. Only neg comment is there was no child proofing.

Each and every step was easy and upon arrival the accommodations far exceeded our expectations! Clean, upgraded linens and towels comfortable couches and beds! It felt safe and secure and so very quiet! Every aspect was perfect!!

We definitely could have spent more time here! Just in town for graduation, so we didn’t spend a lot of time at the property. We will remember it though if we are in town again. It’s just a short easy drive from the college but worth it! And the owner was super easy to communicate with!

It was just what we needed for our family for the weekend. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Kids loved the back yard, basketball hoop and foosball table. Comfy beds, kitchen had what we needed. Nice quiet neighborhood!

We were very happy staying at this house! It is extremely clean and everything is modernly updated. The beds are comfortable, great water pressure in showers, the open floor plan between the kitchen and living room is perfect to spend time with your family, the bathroom towels were fluffy and of high quality, laundry facilities were nice to have, the deck overlooked a nice backyard, we were able to use one stall in the garage, and it is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. I can't say it enough... This is a very clean house! It was a perfect place for us to hang out with family the weekend that our son graduated from UNL.
