Steps from the magnificent Lake Pend Oreille, and located in one of the few truly downtown Sandpoint, waterfront living communities! Rest and relax in our peaceful space whether its for a retreat to the water, or an adventure to Schweitzer to ski or bike (25mins by car) Any time of year, you are in the sweet spot!

We are a 5 minute walk or bike ride to most of Sandpoint’s best places to dine!
Fat Pig, Mickduff’s, Evans Brother’s Coffee, Matchwood Brewing, City Beach, Pend Oreille Winery, many boutiques, galleries, and yoga studios

This well appointed one bedroom condo offers simple yet comfortable furniture, a fully stocked and complete kitchen, and a lovely patio to enjoy the incredible summer evenings. The luxury King bed and sleeper sofa is sure to be a welcome retreat from the days playing in the lake, or shredding the terrain on Schweitzer.

In the community there are 2 pools, onsite bbq areas, tennis courts, a volleyball court, a half basketball court, and grass everywhere to lay in the sun. Spend the days playing tennis, volleyball, or challenge the neighbors to a game of Bocce ball.

In the winter months you will see downtown Sandpoint evolve into a skier’s Mecca with Schweitzer mountain resort a short 25 minute drive away, and wonderful bars and cafe’s full of skiers sharing stories and beers, sharing that ski “stoke” from the days activities. Enjoy a walk along the beautiful shores of Lake Pend Orielle to enjoy the Winter Wonderland.

Our private residence has a safe and secure keypad entry. This information will be sent to you through AirBNB within 24hours of your scheduled check in.

Our guests also have full access to all the amenities on site that are a part of the Condo del Sol community, including: two pools (open Memorial Day - Labor Day), the tennis courts, a volleyball court, and expansive lawns for your outdoor games. The pools are locked for security and the safety of the community but keys are provided to guests.

Welcome! We are happy to have you stay with us and apologize in advance for not being able to meet you in person. We live in Spokane and as much as we would like to greet each of you in for every check in, we just can't always make the trip. We are however available to contact at any time. Thank you for staying with us!

In much desired South Sandpoint. Leave your car at the condo! Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and downtown while still being a few steps from the water. Lovely landscaping and green lawns to relax on

Walking distance to beautiful downtown Sandpoint (less than .5 mile from the condo) Boat slip is available too.. contact us for rental pricing and details please. NEW!! We purchased two new cruisers for our guests. They will be located in the bike rack nearest the condo. Please contact us for the lock code and please lock them wherever you go in town. Downtown is very close and the bikes are the way to go. Be safe and please bring a helmet if you ride them.

We are fortunate to have a boat slip available as well for $50/day or $250/week. Please express your interest in your reservation so that we can verify its availability, and walk you through the details, including collect the additional payment for its reservation.

Enjoyed the beauty of Idaho. The lake was nice. The location was perfect and walking distance to many great restaurants and close to the beach. Silver wood amusement park which was the main reason for the trip, was not too far as well.

We were in town for a family weddding. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. We were able to prepare a nice dish to take to the brunch the day after the wedding. The kitchen is well stocked with utinsils. The neighborhood is very quiet so we enjoyed good nights sleep. It would be a joy to stay here during the summer months, so close to the beautiful lake.

Beautiful spot, fantastic location, great for couples/a small family! Owner was lovely to deal with, property is really well maintained and super cute, and the pools are an excellent bonus. Easy walk into town/City Beach, or a short drive to the beach if you’re packing the many things needed by a toddler for the day. Was the perfect spot for a wonderful long weekend!!

The property is in the best location in Town, right on the water and a short walk to downtown. The unit itself was clean, the kitchen well equipped and the bed very comfortable. The deep pool is location just a few steps from the unit. The property is surprising quite considering the number of units. Everyone was very friendly on and off the site. The host responded quickly to our emails. Based on the property description I thought Kayaks were available for our use and that there was a beach on the property, however that was not the case. There is a place to play basket ball and volley ball, but the balls were not include. There were 2 new cruiser biked, unfortunately we are short and the bikes were made for taller people.

Our family stayed in the condo during the summer and found it well appointed for our trip! The kitchen is well equipped and organized, and the unit was very clean and comfortable for our stay! Appreciated that we could walk to town quite easily. Evan, the owner, was very responsive and great to work with too!

We enjoyed our short stay, very clean and a perfect location to access the lake and downtown. Pool was steps outside our back door which worked great for the kids and it was never too busy to swim, we were often the only ones or one additional family. We used the bikes to bike around the neighborhood and into town which was fun because that isn’t something we can do at home so made it something unique and fun for the kids.

Nice condo, the property is a little dated but the palce itself on the inside is updated and enjoyable. Pool is right out the back porch and the lake and docks are just a little further. Roomy Kitchen and living room with a nice bar to eat at and prep meals. Bed is comfortable and the cealing fan keeps it comfortable and is quiet. Smart TV's in the living room and bedroom with quality wifi had no troubles streaming movies, music and no issues with the zoom meetings I had while there. Nice walk or bike ride to downtown. The bathroom is maybe the only thing I would comment on. Shower is nice with good pressure and very comfortable but there is only a pedestal wash basin/sink so not much room for toiletries but there is a nice shelf in the bedroom so its not a huge issue at all. Great host and very accommodating.

Location of the unit is very convenient and within walking distance of downtown. Host was very prompt and helpful. The location within the complex was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. A nice place to stay to enjoy Sandpoint.

Fantastic experience! Evan was wonderful to communicate with, we had all the check in info the day before we arrived and the condo is well appointed, clean and tidy! No issues at all, the large bedroom has a DVD player we were able to use and smart TV in the living room. The property is well maintained (common BBQs) and exactly as described in Vrbo. Our kids used the pool just off the back deck daily, I was able to easily launch my SUP off the boat dock in the lake, we enjoyed our stay in Sandpoint! Quick 10min walk into a cute little town.

We loved Sandpoint- and the condo was in the perfect location! It was in walking distance to town, across the street from a great pizza place), close to the city beach and right in front of a pool! I think the pool was key! My daughters loved it! My husband and I used the two beach cruiser bikes that were available to ride to town each evening to catch a quick happy hour! It was a tad small for a family of four, but overall it was a fabulous stay!

We were incredibly happy with this unit! The location was beautiful being next to the lake but also being in town allowed us to walk to restaurants/bars and enjoy downtown Sandpoint. Schweitzer was also a very short and easy drive, and the unit was larger than we anticipated which was great. Evan responded quickly to any questions that we had. We had an amazing time, would absolutely come back and stay here!
