The location is great, public transportation was easy, but I wouldn’t say it sleeps 3 people. I stayed here with my partner and his sister while we were in town for a book convention and the futon was rock hard and so tiny. I’m 5’4” and my legs hung off the end when stretched out. We took turns sleeping on it since it was so uncomfortable, like sleeping on hardwood floors scattered with metal lining, so in my opinion the space sleeps 2 adults. A pull-out couch or higher quality futon would fix the issue. We loved that we were within walking distance to cafes and restaurants and it only took 15 mins on the bus to get to downtown Providence. The front door is directly on a sidewalk with foot traffic and the door lock was so outrageously simple (as simple as it could get) we did feel a bit uncomfortable leaving our belongings in the space while gone, so I contacted the owner to ask if he could change the lock code to something more complicated. He said he understood my worry but he had never had any problems and if he had time he would come down and change it but he never did.

Everything needed is here for a comfortable stay in this small studio. Pictures on website are accurate. Easy going manager answers texts and calls and any questions. We enjoyed our 2 day stay.

Great, roomy efficiency right near the main drag in Federal Hill (restaurants, etc.) Clean and well stocked, looks exactly like pictures in the description. Check in and out was a breeze, and Robert answered the phone right away with the one question I had. Highly recommended.

My family really enjoyed our stay! The accommodations were incredibly clean, and the house is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host could not have been more accommodating and kind, and was always incredibly responsive with questions and any needs. The location was very good, and we were able to walk to many nearby shops and restaurants. My family and I highly recommend!

The studio was very clean and easy to find. The check-in process was very easy. The bed was comfortable and we had no issues with anything. The one thing that was a minor inconvenience was a lack of a baking sheet to cook with but it really didn't hinder us as all. The studio was very cute and welcoming as well as very close to anything you could need. We would absolutely stay there again.

We were in town for a wedding so this place was fine for a two night stay. It was centrally located to Federal Hill which was nice. It was a little difficult to iron a dress, pants and shirt with the ironing board that was there since it had no legs. I had to use a foldable table to put it on but got it to work. The internet and tv streaming lagged but we didn't use it much to have a problem with it. There were some soft spots in the floor that flexed and the sink in the bathroom isn't level which could be because of the floor. Just things we noticed during our stay but none of them had a huge impact on us as we were there for only two nights and were there to sleep and get ready for each day. Definitely thankful for the keyless entry as we arrived much later than expected due to airline problems.

I was sound asleep and one of the owner's kids (i presume) came home, talked loudly with his friends (the room is right on the street) then repeatedly tried to come into the room via the coded locked door. It woke me up, and when I yelled " GO AWAY!" he profusely apologized and went into the house a different way. i guess that is a VRBO rental risk in a home shared with the owner. All in all, however, a nice stay. Walked to dinner and 5 minutes to my work for the 2 days.

Stayed in Providence for two weekends attending volleyball tournaments at the convention center. Property very close to convention center and downtown, Atwell Ave and restaurants within blocks. The price was right and would definitely recommend and will stay again.

This spot is in a prime location to walk to numerous bars/breweries, coffee shops, and restaurants. My wife and I found it very easy to walk to the surrounding areas and downtown Providence is just a short 10 min drive with easy to find parking. The host Robert was excellent at communicating throughout the stay for any questions we had. Would certainly stay here again if we ever visit Providence again.

We stayed for 3 nights. It is a great spot in the heart of Federal Hill, about a 2 minute drive/10 minute walk from Atwells Ave, 5-7 minutes from the downtown. The space was large and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Parking was easy. The amenities were thoughtful- coffee and water in the fridge with some butter. There are cooking and pantry basics as well, though we didn't cook. The only drawback I will mention is that we visited during the heat wave last week, and the only AC was a window unit which was quite loud.

This is a nice little studio on a side street on Federal Hill. Easy access and parking included. It’s a small studio with everything in one room. Everything was clean and the owner was accessible through messaging. I’m giving it four stars instead of five because the power outlet next to the bed was not working, and there aren’t a lot of other outlets and none conveniently placed. The owner was grateful to know the power outlet is out and said he’d get it fixed after my departure (which I appreciated)

this little studio was perfect for our stay in provident, very clean. within walking distance to restaurants and shops. was nice to have a small corner store a few doors down for those forgotten items. Robert was very accommodating let us check in early, questions answered fast. would definitely recommend
