Located in the famous King David Building, this luxury condo has everything you need for the dream vacation! It comes with full kitchen, washer and dryer, jacuzzi, ocean view balconies, indoor Gym, outdoor pool with jacuzzi, lobby security, private Valet Parking.
Beach access is just around the corner!
Conveniently located in the heart of Sunny Isles you will have banks, pharmacy, beauty salons, Publix supermarket, shopping, great restaurants, and playgrounds all around the block!
The space
1st Bedroom (Master): 1 king size bed, bathroom with shower and jacuzzi.
2nd Bedroom: 1 queens size bed
3rd Bedroom: 2 full size beds
2nd Bathroom with shower

Guests can use all amenities in the building, including pool, jacuzzi located 5th floor, gym and more.
Other things to note
(you will find more details upon arrival)
• Please no leaving the balcony doors open at any time with the A/C on.
• It is a family residential building that does not allow parties in the pool or in the condo.
• If you smoke in our balcony, an ashtray must be used, never throw your cigarettes butts from the balcony. There is also no smoking inside the apartment or at the pool.
• Guests are not permitted to hang their clothes or towels on the rails of the balcony.
• The only additional fee is the registration $150 (starting Jan 1st, 2024) charged by the building management.
• If you do have special request needed for your stay - please feel free to reach out, we might be able to provide it for your dates of stay.

When you stay in Sunny Isles you feel like part of the neighborhood. This condo makes the stay easy, they have everything you need for a carefree stay. Thank you!

We stayed for four nights the property is as described and the kitchen has everything you need it was also cleaned well when we arrived. There is valet parking for one vehicle. The location is nice close to the beach. There is a $150 registration fee before you check in but it is in the information. My disappointment came when the owner wanted to charge us $75 for a shade that fell because it was installed with plastic anchors that are used to put up pictures and she said w a chair was broken the chair was wobbly and falling apart when we arrived.

3 couples stayed and had plenty of room. Nice short walk to the beach and everything you need in the condo. We had a great time!

The condo is a spacious and bright corner unit. It has great views with two large balconies. The location is about a five minute walk to the beach. We were provided with all necessities for the beach: chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and a wagon to pull all the equipment. The kitchen area is well equipped Having a big screen TV is a nice way to unwind at the end of the day. Lots of grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. Maria was a wonderful host. She was very attentive to our needs.

The condo is perfect for a family beach vacation. It is very well equipped with everything you need. We particularly enjoyed all the beach equipments and beach toys for the kids. The location is perfect and we were able to walk to amazing restaurants and coffee places. We highly recommend this place for a family vacation. We will be back!

We were so impressed by this property. The condo was beautiful and welcoming. The kitchen had all the appliances and cookware we needed in addition to a highchair for our toddler. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Indeed, the walk to the beach was just a few minutes. We also appreciated the beach and pool gear such as a wagon, towels, and some pool toys. We would definitely stay at this property again!

We stayed for a week and had everything we needed. With six adults we had enough space to be together but also have privacy. We loved the area and there were great food and the beach in a short walk. Literally across the street from the beach. Next time we may forego renting a car as driving here is very cumbersome. The pool was great and the apartment was clean and beautiful. Thanks for having us!

Enjoyed our stay. Nice touches throughout. Beach towels, umbrella, beach chairs and wagon provided were wonderful for going across to the beach. 5 adults had plenty of room to be together and had our own space too. I wish you didn't have to have valet parking for your car but that is not something the owner can do anything about.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is spacious and well laid out. Loved admiring the view from both balconies and large windows. Very family friendly (including beach wagon, high chair, stroller, beach toys, games etc..). Prime location- walking distance to shops and restaurants. Two minute walk across the street to the beach. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

The property was very spacious and clean, and was stocked with all the kitchen and beach supplies you could need. It was also in a perfect location with public beach just access across the street. It was a great spot for a quick vacation.
