Great location that is an easy walk to Augusta National.

Disappointed there was no dryer. Not enough blankets. Old and outdated furnishings. But it met our need being walking distance to the Augusta golf club. Location was outstanding. Location compensated for the inferior interior and furnishings.

Do not rent this property!!!!! After renting the home for the advertised price, and the owner approving us to rent it, she began to extort us for more money to the tune of more than double what we had already paid per night. Ultimately, after multiple messages, in which we simply asked her to honor what she listed it for, we had to pay an extra almost 50% per night in order to get her to not cancel our reservation, because there was nothing else available. As far as the house goes, it was a great location and the living areas and bedrooms were fine. However, the owner refused to communicate with us. We requested the wifi code, and received no response. We requested access to the back door code where the driveway is and she didn’t respond. This was important, because it rained more than 4 inches during our trip, and we had to walk in the rain and mud around the house every time we arrived or departed. There were four of us staying in the house, which sleeps 8 (we reported 4 would be staying), and they only provided 3 towels. We didn’t message the owner about this, because it wasn’t like she would respond anyway. Then there was the guest shower that had a clogged drain, so we all had to take turns using the same shower. Do not, do not, do not rent this house.
