Déçu

L'emplacement bien situé. Appartement spacieux

La propreté ! Les draps sentent les couettes sont tâche pleine d'oreole les matelas font mal au dos. La salle de bain aération pas lavé le lavabo non plus. L'aspirateur est plein de poussière la balayette toute sale Le lit grince ainsi que le canapé quand tu as un sommeil léger vraiment pas agréable! Une cuisine bien équipée met beaucoup trop haute. Un placard casse qu'on ne peut pas ouvrir des télécommandes sans piles et sous un canapé ! 2 numéros de téléphone portable transmis ou personne ne répond appelé 10fois. J'ai envoyé un message dès mon arrivée pour signaler les problèmes rencontrés j'ai reçu un message et rien d'autre. Je trouve inadmissible pour le prix qu'on paie les locations et frais de ménage et gestion.

Un sejur reusit

Apartamentul este intr-un bloc amplasat intr-o zona linistita, cu multa verdeata si aer curat. Accesul este facil, statia RER Torcy fiind la 15 min. de mers pe jos, sau se poate lua autobuzul 211 care are statie la circa 100m de bloc (atentie la sensul in care se ia si la programul autobuzului). Apartamentul este spatios si este dotat cu tot ceea ce este necesar ca sa te gospodaresti. Arata exact ca in pozele de prezentare. Comunicarea a fost buna cu reprezentanta firmei care administreaza apartamentul (nu comunici direct cu proprietarul).

- Televizorul a fost defect iar un scaun avea un picior rupt. Desi se cunosteau problemele (le-am comunicat imediat cum ne-am cazat, iar faptul ca televizorul este defect reiese si din comentariile celor care au stat inaintea noastra, administratorul confirmandu-ne ca proprietarul a fost informat), proprietarul nu a luat nicio masura pentru remedierea acestora sau pentru compensarea disconfortului creat. - Ne-a fost retinuta o garantie pentru daune in valoare de 600 euro, pentru 6 nopti de cazare, fara sa fim informati de acest aspect la momentul rezervarii (nici in prezentarea apartamentului de pe Booking nu se aminteste nimic despre aceasta garantie). Am fost notificati, cu o zi inainte de check-in, ca suntem conditionati de plata garantiei pentru a intra in posesia codului de acces in apartament.

شكراً لاعتذاركم بشأن القمامه والمناشف والمفرش ،، لكن لن اكرر الزيارة

الموقع - الاطلاله - وقبل دخولي للموقع بكم يوم ارسلت لصاحب الشقة ان يهتم فيها ( واجاب بقول ) لا تخاف سيكون كل شي جيد ،، ولكن تفاجئت انه لم يكن جيد 💔

لايوجد اصنصير ( مصعد ) - تهوية المطبخ اثناء الطبخ لا تعمل او لا تشفط - انسداد مجرى المروش - عندما سجلت الدخول والرائحة جداً نتنه لم يقوموا بإزالة القمامه ولها اكثر من كم يوم - المفرش والمناشف موضوعة في سلة النشر بالشرفة ولم يتم تخزينها بشكل جيد وهذا ما اثر عليها برائحة الشمس والغبار وبإمكانكم مشاهدة الصور

The location worked out well for our trip as we were attending a wedding nearby. Make sure you have the Uber app or another ride app to get cabs as buses aren't that regular. There are bus stops behind the property so this is useful if you time it well especially for going to the station. Make sure you buy bus tickets in advance or have coins ready. The property has Netflix and other streaming apps for entertainment which is nice. The apartment was warm, quiet and comfortable which was good (especially as we went in the depths of winter). Supermarkets are a bus ride/cab ride away. Good amount of power outlets around the property.

The host asked for a separate deposit the day before our arrival which was not stipulated anywhere and which we had to dispute with booking.com so be aware of this as this almost ruined our trip. It was a little difficult to initially enter the apartment with the tricky door code system. The dishwasher had been left dirty on our arrival and this left a horrid odour in the kitchen. Some of the bedding had stains on them on our arrival. Make sure you bring essentials like washing up liquid, toilet tissue etc as there isn't any.

very enjoyable and a real delight.

It was very comfortable, warm and spacious.

Entrance was a little tricky initially but once in you had access to key fobs which made it a lot easier.

great stay, convenient for Disney and for visiting Paris. Would stay again.

Very clean, great location close to two RER stations. The surrounding area is pleasant.

The arrival procedure of actually getting into the apartment was a little complicated and didn’t work first time even though following the instructions. There was also hardly any toilet paper left and no spare, not ideal when arriving late in the day with children (take your own!)

Very good

Spacious with lots of amenities (washing machines, fully equipped kitchen). Nice location. Good for families.

There was a floor unit air condition which was making extreme noise and we had to turn it off to sleep. The bedroom didn’t have air conditioning but just a fan. We stayed there in July during a heat wave so the air conditioning was essential. The apartment could have been cleaner.
