Discover Darlington with this lovely spacious apartment. This listed building is situated in one of Darlington's oldest yards, with lovely views over Skinnergate, Post House Wynd and historic Town Clock. You simply cannot get a more central location in the town centre which is perfect for a holiday or working away whilst enjoying all the comforts of home.
You can take your pick from the numerous bars, restaurants, cafes, shops, etc on the doorstep.
The famous Civic Theatre is just a short walk away, as is the main Cinema and the Train Station.
A large Sainsburys supermarket is in close proximity too.
If you are feeling energic, there are also numerous gyms to choose from.

As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, washing machine, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.

The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers the latest 65" Sony Bravia HD TV with Full Virgin Ooomph package giving every available channel so all the sports and movies on SKY TV and BT. The package also includes the fastest available unlimited Fibre Broadband in the UK.

The apartment is first floor and accessed quite easily by a stairway consisting of about 10 steps with a hand rail on either side.
Aside from the initial steps up the main door... the apartment is fine for those less physically able.

Lovely accommodation for our 5 families to get together... 10 adults, 4 children and 3 dogs. Location is perfect, right in the centre of Darlington with parks close by for the children. A little bit dated but absolutely perfect for what we wanted. Great big bay windows for people watching onto the street was also a massive bonus (although the windows only opened from the bottom up so dangerous for the little ones and dogs, just to bare in mind, but not a negative in anyway!) Property manager was contactable the week before and gave clear instructions on how to access the property. Nice sized bedrooms and living/dining area. Parking close by, just a short, round the corned walk to access the property. We had 5 cars to park as we were all from different locations so travelled separately, it was frowned upon by someone who also used the parking area to access their shop, but we all got parked there and the cars were left for the full weekend with no issues. People in the yard were very friendly and we even got invited to a Bikers party that they were having one evening. Kitchen was well stocked with glasses, mugs, plates etc. Tea, coffee and sugar was provided although we did bring our own. Cleaning products and tea towels also provided, along with shower gel and hand soap in the toilets. Highchair, ironing board and iron also at the property and washing machine if needed. Overall it was a fantastic place to get together with family! Recommend!

Everything we wanted

Everything we wanted

I needed to find somewhere for two families to come together and stay. We love walking and took our two dogs. We were able to travel out to some fantastic walks on the Yorkshire Moores and then in the evening could pop in to town and have a drink or a curry. There was loads of space for all the party and Graham was really helpful in responding to any questions. We had a fab time.

Perfect for large group booking

Perfect for large group booking

We booked this for my mums 60th, as we needed rooms for 3 family's. The appartment was big enough for all of us and we had plenty of space with 6 bedrooms. There is a large TV in the living room and WiFi. Towels were left on the beds and there was Tea and coffee on arrival. Enough parking for 3 cars too. Graham was in contact before our stay and met us early with the keys too. The location is ideal if you wanted to eat out or go to the pub.. we didn't go out and about during our stay. Overall, just what we needed and would def book again.
