The pool is communal
Location is absolutely perfect for all of Playa blancas amenities . So good a car is not needed, if you wish to sightsee the bus station is very close.

There is a communal swimming pool . Now open all year less than a five min walk
Staying here also allows you access to the large private garden. Sunbeds, table and chairs plus BBQ. Now great wifi and TV in all language’s.

As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster and a kettle. There is also a safe.
The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers WIFI which has just been updated due to customer feedback Good internet. The television has also been updated all languages , sports , films Tv series and many more The necessary updates have been done due to feedback.

Photos are up to date showing the annexe and the local beaches, they are a short walk approx 7 mins to the first beach .

In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.

The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.

Linen, towels, essential toiletries, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. Please bring your own beach/pool towels

Nice garden to the apartment, sun most of the day. 10-15 min walk to beach and seafront restaurants. English TV and wi-fi available. Obviously as a basement apartment not much natural light in some rooms but only drawback I can think of!
