A friendly pool covered by a lanai, an open layout to house everyone in your group, and a Blackstone grill to start off your barbecues right - this home is ready to welcome guests! You'll find it seriously easy to relax here, especially if you're a fan of chillin' poolside. Light up the fire table and enjoy conversations on the plush back patio seating. Inside, you can relax in multiple gathering spots cooled by central air-conditioning. The open kitchen is separated into sections for a seamless cooking experience, with a French door kitchen, prep island, and designated coffee station (including a French press!) making things even easier. When it comes time to wind down, just close the room-darkening shades for a peaceful sleep. Guests of the main bedroom will enjoy a luxurious en suite bathroom with double sinks and a standalone shower in addition to a private entrance to the pool - it's always hard to stay away from the pool here.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. Pros: -The pool was beautiful and temperature was great. -The kitchen was stocked with gadgets that make it easy to travel to when you can’t take any with you. -Plenty of towels which was super helpful. -The house set up was beautiful. -Water pressure was great! Cons: -The pool gate lock was not working which made us a little nervous with our five year old, but we just had to watch extra closely. -The plungers do not fit the toilet, as the one toilet clogged rather easily. -The dryer takes a long time to dry, but it does work.

Beautiful house and pool, comfortable beds. Ice maker broken upon arrival, homeowner was aware and provided a portable one that took a lot of babysitting. Then the freezer broke and everything melted creating a mess to clean up. Then the AC broke in the night and our only Saturday Was spent inside an 88 degree house waiting for the repair men. A spare fridge freezer Combe was delivered and hooked up in the living room. We were contacted a few days later and asked to stay at the house From 12-5 for the homeowners new refrigerator to be delivered, which we declined as not to lose another day of our vacation. The only compensation we were offered was reimbursement for the melted ice cream, which I declined. House itself was great but all of the headaches were not.

The house was perfect for our family. It was very clean and well appointed. Our grandchildren were in the pool every chance they got. Fishing and other recreational options were close by. The Vacasa management and staff were amazing. Definitely would stay in this house again next time in the Largo St. Pete area.

The property is decent, it is clearly a rental not someone’s home for rent. Pro/con list Pros….. *Equidistant to Clearwater and St Pete beaches *Easy drive to IRB and Madeira beaches *Close proximity to many activities, groceries, pharmacies, parks, restaurants and mall type shopping. *House layout is nice. *We enjoyed the pool very much. *The child safety fence was fantastic And easily removable *Fully fenced in back yard was great for our dogs! *Neighborhood was great to walk! *I appreciated being able to park in the garage. Cons…. *Pool needed vacuuming but the water quality was nice. *Limited Flatware, serving utensils and dishes. *Patio was very dirty. *Outdoor seating is very stained and needs New cushions *The front windows needed cleaning *The back yard was decent for the dogs but needs yard maintenance and improvement. *Knowing when the lawn maintenance was coming to mow the weeds would have been helpful. *The bedding was Poor quality and needed a quality mattress pad. *The bath towel quality wasn’t the best but they were fine for the visit. *The garbage disposal backed up twice on us so we stopped using it. *Cleaning supplies for long stay guests would be nice. *The shower in the primary bathroom needs and explanation for operation. *Notifying the renter that workers will be coming….I did not like someone knocking on the door. I didn’t answer it because I knew I was not expecting anyone. They were on the roof *Property Book

We stayed for two months and found it to be comfortable and spacious, clean and modern, tastefully furnished, and located in a quiet upscale neighborhood with easy access to multiple beaches, shops, and restaurants. Beautiful screened-in lanai and heated pool was perfect for entertaining and watching the sunsets. Shady fenced-in yard was great for our dog and made it very private. Easy access to major roads made quick commutes to St Pete/Clearwater airport, and Clearwater, St Petersburg, and Tampa downtowns. The management company, Vacasa, was super responsive to our questions and requests. Everyone we interacted with was professional and courteous. We also appreciated that the owner called us personally to ensure we were happy with everything. We are looking forward to going back in 2024.

The home offers everything you need, although I would recommend having an iron available. The house was cleaned on time, and the location was great. If I happen to be vacationing in this area, I would definitely stay here again.

We had really good time, but the grill and terrace had not been cleaned. The neighbor was putting up a fence, so we had workers in the year starting ridiculously early Saturday AM and no privacy in the pool. Also, could not let the dogs have the run of the yard. The kitchen sink faucet was loose. The garbage and recycling bins were not labeled. Otherwise, the house layout was great and everyone fit combortably.

The property is nice and clean but it had some issues when we arrived. The sunroom ceiling fan was not functioning and the manager did not inform us that the washer and dryer was broken. We had to buy extra clothes since the washing machine was broken. The two toilets clogged easily so we had to flush the toilet 2-3x .I have contacted and informed the manager of Vacasa about all the issues, she said she’ll send someone to fix the fan but the maintenance never came. Also the sink faucet was wiggly. I guess we were just the unfortunate group that rented this house with 3 night inconvenience . To all the family and groups out there , be careful when you book with Vacasa because they are not prompt in answering emails and phone calls. They should have informed us about all of these problems prior to my family’s arrival and they should have checked that all the amenities were functioning well, but they didn’t. This is a rip-off company. Also the rental policies was not fair, BE CAREFUL :(

We had a great time visiting. The property was perfect for our family. The pool was a big hit with the kids, and the fully stocked kitchen allowed us to prepare all of our meals each day. The home was beautiful and nicely decorated with updated appliances and fixtures throughout. The bedrooms were clean and spacious and the beds were so comfortable. The home is in a good location, covienant to shops and restaurants and I felt safe the entire stay. We drove to the beach and boardwalk each day, maybe a 15-20 min drive. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The house was super clean and well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with almost every gadget you might need. The spices were minimal, but I always take mine with me. We said it looks small from the outside, but huge on the inside. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

This was a perfect home for our family! The kids loved the pool! I loved the up to date appliances! We spent time traveling to various near by beaches, and time around the table playing games and doing a puzzle. Thank you for sharing this home with us. Wish I had realized the bathroom light was also a Bluetooth speaker sooner 🙂

Potentially nice house with great layout, room sizes and patio setup and not too far from several good , popular beaches. Few setbacks that based the rating at 3 out of 5 were broken patio door (quick response, but unacceptable?); freezer didn't keep ice cream frozen it melted and we were unable to eat and had to throw out,; no lights inside pool; ice maker wasn’t producing ice. Mattress could have been a bit more comfy, very worn and excessively used, when I leave my home to travel to another. I expect the same amount of quality comfort if not better than my own. Trash directions were a little unclear, bin was already full when we arrived. We went 2 days having to store the trash in the garage. We pulled to the curb that Friday and trash disposal was picked up however recycle was not. No one ever showed up.
