Welcome to this recently renovated, very spacious family house with magnificent terrace overlooking the Diaz Arena! Located right next to the local football team's stadium and only a 2-minute walk to the beach, this is the perfect getaway for a family holiday in Ostend.
This recently built family home is fully equipped with a brand new kitchen and spacious rooms offering all comfort for a wonderful holiday at Ostend. The two terraces are ideal for friends or family gatherings.
The Space:
There are 4 fantastic bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms (one with walk-in shower and one with bathtub). There are 2 bedrooms are with king size beds and 2 bedrooms with bunk beds. Both bathrooms have double sink. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect to prepare your own food and drinks. Enjoy dining all together on one of the 2 terraces (roof or ground floor) or in the spacious dining area. Chill out in the living room in the huge sofa with SmartTV and high speed Wifi.

The owner of this property has partnered with HUSWELL to provide you with a seamless and enjoyable guest experience. While HUSWELL manages the digital rental process, your booking is directly with the owner. Local support, such as cleaning, maintenance, and on-site assistance, is handled by either the owner themselves or a trusted third party appointed by the owner. To ensure the safety and authenticity of both our guests and property owners, we require verification of your reservation through a simple digital pre-check-in process — similar to what you'd experience at a hotel or flight check-in. This process includes basic questions, a rental agreement and acknowledging the house rules, granting you secure and hassle-free access to the property.
