This mountain cabin is AMAZING! Lots of great things packed into this secluded cabin. 3 bedroom/ 2 bathrooms, inside gas fireplace and outside firepit, grill, deck heater, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, sleeps 8-10, 3- 50" SMART TVs, and yes, it SITS ON A RIVER! Minutes from HELEN, Downtown Cleveland, Vogle State Park, Unicoi State Park, Hiking, Waterfalls, 8-10 wineries less than 30 min. away. Local deer travel through our property daily. Jumping Goat Coffee overlooks Yonah Mountain!

Enjoyed our stay- nice little cabin on the river

Overall our stay was good. Jason was very quick to respond and helped with questions and our needs. He was excellent! Bummed the hot tub was out of order, (and we weren't made aware of ahead of time) the kids would've enjoyed that. Would recommend new furniture in the living room, as the couch is broken and has a smell to it. A few other things need updating/fixed as well.

We spent ALOT of time on the back porch listening to and looking at the river...it was AMAZING!!
We were able to hang out in the river and saw lots of deer and rabbits.
There was plenty of room for all 6 of us, it was an easy drive to Helen and to several waterfalls.
Having a washer and dryer was a huge plus
Everything we needed was provided
On a scale from 1 to 10 this property is definitly a 15 : )

This is a great place to stay, it is very peaceful there, yet close to many activities. Host is prompt in answering questions.

My family of 7 enjoyed our stay. We loved the house layout with the master on the main floor and the kids and grandkids having their bedrooms with their own TVs on the second floor. Nice having an indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit. The views are beautiful mountains with the views of the gorgeous river and sound of the babbling river.

We made a quick trip to catch the last of the leaves and visit Helen. The house was as described and had everything we needed, appreciated the extras like wood for the fire pit and propane for the grill…although we used neither :) The steps to the river are definitely a hike for us old folks, but it was nice to sit on the back porch and hear the river. We used the front porch to watch the deer come out at dusk. We would stay again if we go back that ways.

Will be be back for sure. Amazing views from the porch. The home was comfortable and there is so much to do. We went to a couple of wineries and also to Helen since it was around Octoberfest. Hanging out and floating in the river is also a must.

This cabin was a great property! Our family (3 kids and 2 grandparents) stayed for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the cabin. We saw deer every morning/evening and were able to access the river. I will say, it was a bit of a hike on stairs which stop a little ways before you're able to get in, but my 5 and 8 year old were able to do it with some help. The cabin had everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. We were able to use the grill without issue and had no problems. The host was awesome and proactive with communicating with us and checked in with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. This place was spacious and I would definitely stay here again if we're traveling in the area. If you're planning to stay in the Helen area, you're not going to find a much better place than this!

First day without refrigerator and microwave, second day someone came to fix it (not what you want to deal with when you in vacation) but glad he make it work. hard to get into the river special if you have small kids some of the steps are broken and they are not all the way to the river, access was a little complicated. Dishwasher wasn’t working right, put the dishes in and they came out the same so I had to hand wash them every days. there is not cold water in the kitchen only hot water. 10/15 from Helen and Cleveland my kids had so much fun tubing and some other activities. Even though our stay wasn’t perfect I enjoy the sound of the river in the mornings…. Owner Jason responded to my messages when I need it, that is a 👍

The house was great , surroundings were amazing this home was right on river via steep stairs ! No problem at all stairs in great condition but steep and pretty long but our stay was amazing! The owners were great very easy to get In touch with very nice place we will stay again !

This was an awesome place. It was extremely clean we were able to cook there and even grill, since all the utensils were provided for. It was the perfect space for traveling with teenagers they had their space and I had mine. We will definitely
be booking this place again!!!!

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was comfortable and a good size for us. Price was great and location is pretty close to Helen. We loved the fire pit and back porch area. We would stay here again!
