About this lodge

Stunning 3-story home with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, new appliances/furniture, indoor garage, 2 fireplaces, and a wrap around balcony overlooking Table Rock Lake. Only 15-20 minutes from downtown Branson and 10 minutes to Silver Dollar City! For the golfers, you are only a 20 minute drive from the exquisite courses at Big Cedar Lodge. This place is the perfect getaway for a larger group whether it be a golf trip, lake trip, or time to gather with the family. Please note this is a family community, with the neighbors being mostly owners, therefore we kindly ask no parties, please keep noise to a minimum to respect the neighbors around us. Parking in the large driveway can comfortably fit around 6 vehicles. No street parking permitted! Celebrating something special? Birthday, Anniversary, Bachelor/Bachelorette, etc? We also offer decorating services for an extra fee. Please inquire within! This home features a fully-equipped kitchen for preparing meals, onsite washer and dryer, a cozy dining area, along with 2 living rooms to enjoy family time away from crowds and people. Potted coffee maker and Keurig available. You will need to bring your own coffee/pods/filters/creamer etc. We have a self-check-in and check-out system to limit your contact with people as well. Our vacation home is across the street from the lake with a balcony where you can experience beautiful sunsets away from high traffic areas. Another feature of our lake house community provides is hiking trials and activities allowing our guests to enjoy the great outdoors without leaving the neighborhood. Lake access/fishing is allowed anywhere on the shoreline that isn't private property. You will find more details and information about our property below. WHY THIS LAKE HOME? We love our beautiful home because Table Rock Lake is a short walk down the hill that provides a perfect place for us to watch the sun as it sets on the water and Ozark hills. Though the excitement and thrills of Branson entertainment are nearby the stillness of our location in the evening washes over you. As you stand outside at dusk listening to the crickets chirp and watching the fireflies dance, it feels like home away from home, a place where you can relax and breathe. THE BASICS: 4 bedrooms - 3 Kings, 1 twin/trundle bed, 3 hide-a -beds (pull out couches). Sleeps up to 12 people. 3 Full Bathrooms - One (jetted tub shower combo), two (full). One Half Bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen, open main room with plenty of seating. Dining room table and bar stools at kitchen island area. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy your friends/family. Free wifi. LOCATION: 20 mins from the Branson Strip. Table Rock Lake is just a few steps away. Public boat launch areas are within walking distance. 1 hour to the Airport. 10 mins to Silver Dollar City (depending on traffic). 20 minutes from golf courses at Big Cedar area. Everything is close! DETAILS FOR MOM: Kids are welcome! The kids will love being so close to the outdoor activities and fun the lake provides! HAVE A BOAT?!? If you are planning to get out on Table Rock Lake during your stay, Store -N-Go Boat & Mini Storage is located across from State Park Marina where you can arrange to store your boat, boat trailer, or jet skis during your stay. Store-N- Go is about 10 minutes from this home. There is a public boat ramp a quick 2 minute jaunt across the road from Store-N-Go to make it easy for you so you can enjoy the maximum time on the water! If you want to rent a boat, State Park Marina is only 10 minutes away! Table Rock Lake Pontoon Boat Rental at Kings River Marina is also a great place to rent from! PARKING: PLEASE NOTE!! - There is plenty of room in the driveway and the garage for parking. All RV's, boats, and trailers must be parked off premises, and are not allowed at the home! Street parking is not permitted in this community. This home is not handicapped accessible!!! NEED MORE ACCOMMODATIONS? Our extended family stayed at the property over the 4th of July holiday. The home was on a quiet street and we had easy access to activities in the area. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the house. When we arrived there was lots of dust, and splatters on the wall - like food or drinks - and there weren't any cleaning supplies that we could find to wipe the counters/dust so we ended up purchasing some products and cleaning the counters and walls. When we pulled out the trundle bed in the downstairs bedroom for one of the kids to use the sheet was dirty; when we went to use the washer there was mold in the bottom from the front-load door being shut while still wet. The furniture was cheap, drawers would stick, and the futons weren't overly comfortable. The towels were small and non-absorbent. The living room area didn't allow for a lot of gathering room but the deck was nice and provided additional space. The home was adequate and we wouldn't be so critical about some things if the price we were charged wasn't what we consider more on the luxury price side. We were able to utilize the pool at the properties next door for a small fee, would be great if this VRBO worked with that management to include access as a part of the VRBO. Scott was great about responding to info and requests and I think the property has the potential to be a great VRBO but overall we were disappointed with the cleanliness and amenities, or lack thereof.

We had a great time staying at this home. The location was so close to silver dollar city which was super convenient. The house was spacious and clean and accommodated 4 adult couples and 2 young kids. It was also so close to the most delicious taco food truck called Mahi Mahi Tacos. We recommend this house!

House was not clean upon arrival. Was told cleaning crew forgot. There was food left in the fridge, and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. One of the pull out beds didn’t have an actual bed on it, only springs.

Great house near the lake. It was great having 3 king beds and 4 bathrooms. Furniture was pretty uncomfortable. Beds really loudly creaky, cheap or old mattresses and the couches were so uncomfortable. Not really any comfy place to sit and watch tv, But we enjoyed sitting on the deck and walking down to the lake to swim.

This house provided the bare minimum. There weren’t extra blankets or pillows for the sleeper sofa, which was horribly uncomfortable. The pictures made it look much bigger than it really was, there wasn’t much room to gather in the living room. It’s older and dingy and in need of a makeover. Bring everything from home that you will need to cook, no spices /cooking spray/foil etc. Beds are uncomfortable. The view is nice and it is in a great location and close enough to everything.

We loved this place it was very clean and spacious for our group. The location is perfect. The neighborhood was very quite and it took us no time to get to SDC. I would definitely recommend this place for a large family. The beds could be better and the living room sitting area wasn’t very comfortable. But all in all it’s a great place to stay.

It was nice to get away from the busyness of Branson. Beautiful home across the street from the lake. Small complaint is that we could never get to the lake. Maybe we were missing it. Three deer were in the yard the morning we left. Thank you for sharing your property.

We had a great stay with family over the 4th holiday weekend. The home was very clean, in a great location and very accommodating for our family (11 of us). The wrap around deck is so nice, there were 5-6 chairs that were easy to move around the deck for shade spots. We would stay there again! Thanks!

Initially it seemed we would have easy access to the water, but once we got there, we couldn't find a way to even get to the water. A gentleman allowed us to go through his yard and use his path to get to the water's edge. Otherwise we enjoyed everything about our stay. Thank you for such an excellent place.

Property was clean and sufficient. Short trip to most places in Branson, but private enough for us. The road is a dead end road, so there was very little traffic. Nice yard for the kids to run and play in.
