Upon arrival: 1. Dishwasher broken: endless beeping and motor running when closed door, told owner in real time of checking in, no one sent during our stay to attempt to repair. sent video and photos as we were checking in and unloading groceries. Owner replied, saying they looked up the code and would have to send someone but no one ever came which they said was because of Presidents’ Day weekend. We have stayed at other properties including ski resort areas, where an emergency plumber was sent and fix the dishwasher when we had three families running a much larger house yet nothing was done for this and the following issues! 2. The microwave handle was broken only attached at the top no signage or warning of this issue so when you open it, you could almost pull it off in your hand if you weren’t aware. We immediately took photos and sent to the owner again. 3. Hot tub had not been turned up or ready for us to get into upon arrival. Owner asked us to turn it up to 104 but was in the low 70s when we got there. Consequently we couldn’t use it that night or into the next day because we were out skiing so the first thing in the morning we couldn’t use it either. It takes time to warm up for hours. They said they cleaning crew or someone should have anticipated our arrival, and have that ready as that is one of the selling points of why we were going there. If this is a concern, they should budget their price accordingly so that they have it ready upon arrival for their guess and when they want to cut costs do it in between rental property uses. When we came back from skiing and had already turned up the hot tub it didn’t hold so once again, we couldn’t use it for the second night until very late, which was also frustrating.! 4. The master shower was broken, leaked immediately into the guest bedroom below so no hot tub or hot shower, and only 1 bathroom for 8P!Owner did not reply for 12 hrs about leak!5. Heat off some rooms ?6.Toxic/threatening neighbors!

Great place with just the right amenities!

Beautiful place, neatly kept with just the right amenities for the perfect getaway. We enjoyed both the sauna and the hot tub - a great way to relax after a day skiing and snow tubing. We have saved this property and are definitely looking forward to coming back during the warmer months.
