Great vacation.

Location, cleanliness, quiet location, & beds are very comfy.

First time booking a private house as we thought the space would be good but we could have got a nice hotel for a simila

Location was ok

Lack of cleanliness was a problem. The bed linens weren’t clean neither were the bathrooms. Toilet downstairs did not flush properly

Excellent place!

The actual place, it was the right space for my family. Everything we need is there and more!

The sliding bathroom door downstairs does not locked. It was not a big deal at all.

This was a great place to stay despite some of the shortcomings.

It was relatively close to Canmore. The kitchen was fairly well equipped to cook. There were adequate linens. Good parking.

It had no tea towels and was missing a small pot to boil eggs in. The elements on the stove were not put in correctly. When informed , the host asked me to check the connection and I was able to get 2 of them to work. The lock on the pocket door came out of the door frame when we tried to unlock it. The host said that she would look after this issue.

Good townhome for a family of 5. Great location. The park pass is greatly appreciated.

Good location. Very close to the entrance of Banff park. Nice townhome for a family.

Not thoroughly clean. The vents are dirty in the rooms causing dust allergies. Incomplete kitchen ware for cooking.

It was awesome!

Nice Location, awesome view, house is well kept and updated , and beddings and towels are fresh and clean.

Just a minor one: The glass door design is a bit transparrent that You can be seen from outside. It would be better if there’s curtain or blinds.

We really enjoyed the space and amenities of the facility.

The condo was good. Just what was advertised. We enjoyed having the facility compared to a couple hotel rooms.

Inside the kitchen drawers need to be cleaned. Two of the sharp knives were dirty. All the handles (cupboards and drawers) in the kitchen are loose. The sink plug doesn’t fit the drain so doesn’t stop the water from draining. Under the burner guard rings on the stove were Disgustingly filthy. And the aluminum burner guards were Very dirty and need to be changed. The fridge door opens the Wrong way. Really easy fix. The hot water in the showers was Barely warm. Almost all of these are fast easy fixes. 😊

a couple doors in the room were out of wack which makes them not close but thats pretty much it. and the fact that it says 5 min to banff which it is not, 15 min but again not a huge problem.

A comfortable townhome in beautiful surroundings.

This is a very welcoming property with many extras supplied by the host including a welcome bottle of wine and popcorn. The decor is fresh and spotless. Although not situated in town, access to Canmore is easy and taxi service is available.

There is some traffic noise from the highway but not too bad.
