Drop-in on the perfect Westport getaway at this gorgeous, newly-built townhome. Completed in 2021, this rental boasts all new furnishings and amenities with easy access to Pacific beaches and hiking. The quaint, surf town of Westport offers a walkable, laid-back central district dotted with shops, bars, and restaurants.

The main floor's spacious, open layout boasts strong natural lighting and a comfortable array of seating designed to accommodate group gathering. Relax on the sofa or one of the rattan armchairs while streaming your favorite shows and movies on the over-sized flatscreen smart TV. Enjoy family game nights and meals at the rounded dining table set for four. The full kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher for easy meal prep and cleanup. The kitchen island doubles as a breakfast bar with seating for two.

Set up some lawn games or let the family dogs stretch their legs in the large, fully-enclosed backyard. Enjoy alfresco meals at the outdoor dining table set for four and hop in the bubbling, private hot tub for a soothing soak to end the day.

All three bedrooms and the laundry room are located on the second floor. The primary bedroom features an en suite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. A second, full bathroom is shared between the other two guest rooms. A shared, half-bath is located on the ground floor for household convenience.

Dogs welcome

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
