This apartment in the coveted Salamanca neighbourhood of Madrid is lavish when it comes to space. The long living room benefits from high ceilings and a row of tall windows running along the far wall, which both lend a sense of airiness. On those Madrilenean summer days, the option of opening the French doors and peering over the Juliet balconies with a breeze on your face is sure to be welcomed. Just around the corner from this area is a minimalist kitchen, dominated by clean lines and sleek surfaces, and a dining area, which both have the look of one of the city's trendier restaurants. Add to that a sumptuous bedroom and a bathroom complete with a modern, boxy bathtub, and you have one of the more impressive homes in our collection. You'll be even more inclined to agree with this when the excellent location is taken into consideration. The Golden Mile – renowned for its designer shops and fine dining establishments – can be reached in under ten minutes on foot, while there are plenty of museums and galleries nearby, too. The National Museums for both Romanticism and Archaeology are a ten-minute walk away, for instance.
