I will definitely be back for a longer stay in the future and explore Yamba more extensively. Beautiful little town.

Nice big room looking out over the pond and beautiful gardens. Friendly staff including the grounds staff. I Will definitely be back for a longer stay in the near future. I also liked that the veranda was protected by fly screens.

If I had to choose something it would be that there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom but barely worth mentioning.

Peaceful rainforest resort

Great value for money. Fully equipped kitchen. Good location. Beautiful surroundings. Great facilities and restaurant was delish!

No olive oil in the kitchen made cooking difficult as we didn’t think to bring this, but otherwise great.

Very Basic for the Price

On arrival (and departure) we were very warmly greeted. The bed was comfortable and the shower water pressure was excellent. Good blockout blinds.

Unfortunately we were allocated a room in Apartment Block 1, which is directly opposite the back of the restaurant. The noise from all the air conditioning/refrigeration units was extremely loud and could even be heard inside. The ensuite backed onto this noise and as a result, we didn't want to use the spa. The room had all the basics, however we felt that the price was over the top for Corelle unbreakable plates, a cheap dish drainer and watered down detergent. The decor was very basic and there were no personal touches. It just felt cheap, even though we paid just over two hundred dollars. Not the best value for money.

Spacious apartment just outside of Yamba.

Spacious apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor sitting area that is enclosed with flywire. The staff recommended visiting the Angourie Rock Pools, and having a drink at The Pacific Hotel to watch the sunset, and then dinner at El Ocaso, with fantastic Italian food.

The property is located outside of Yamba. There is an on-site restaurant, but otherwise, you need to drive into town for supplies or dinner.

A good visit the Yamba.

The resort look really tired. If they could keep all the apartments as spotless and beautiful as the reception, that would be really good.

We had a great time, but there were a few things that meant we’d reconsider before booking again.

Great pool area especially for kids. Both our toddlers could stand in most of the kids pool, bigger pool was great and spa area for adults was lovely. We didn’t try the restaurant this time as we have young children, but it was nice last time we stayed. Good to be able to grab coffee and ice creams from reception. Location is nice and a short drive to Yamba.

There were a few things that didn’t really meet our expectations. Most of the playground equipment had been removed and the indoor play centre is pretty grubby and tired. We had to rewash most of the dishes when we arrived which is likely due to the last guests washing up, but this should still be checked by housekeeping before new guests arrive. We had a leak from ceiling in our room, which I told reception about and while the staff were very nice and said they would look at it, no one came to check it out even though we had days of heavy rain. We also had mouse droppings in our room - which again, I told the staff about - but nothing was done. In general the place could definitely be cleaner - including the common areas.

Family weekend away

The staff were lovely, the grounds are relaxing and the cabins comfortable. Kitchen well stocked.

We went able to use the air hockey table- broken or the table tennis table - no balls.

Unfortunately the kids play area must be getting upgraded outdoors Very dusty under beds and bedside cupboards are not moved for cleaning.

I couldn’t stay longer because of work commitments but would love to come back again and stay in the cabin with my famil

Loved the beautiful gardens, it was like being in a rainforest. I also thought the screened in patio was a plus for keeping the bugs out. I booked in June and loved how quiet it was, just what I was looking for.

I would have to say the only thing I didn’t like couch it wasn’t comfortable

Good, comfortable base for a busy weekend

We stayed in a 1 bedroom spa apartment. There was plenty of room for a couple, loads of space, drawers cupboards. etc. We only stayed 2 nights but it was so easy to unpack the minute we got there and to settle in. Plenty of power points, and all amenities you need for a short stay. Nice size lounge room, bedroom, kitchen & enclosed balcony, although we didn't go out there as it was cold. The air con was perfect to heat the apartment and it was a great base to use for our trip.

Nothing really, it was good value for money.

Exceptional resort for anyone, definitely be back!

The property was beautifully presented, the cabins were beyond wonderful, all beautifully decorated, the facilities were exceptional. The beds were really comfortable. cannot say enough good things.

The only complaint I had was the shower pressure. We were in a disability unit, so that might be why, but it was hand held and very soft.

The overnight stay was too short to take full advantage of all it had to offer.

The pool and large public jacuzzi (for adults only) is great.

unfortunately despite the surcharge of $100 fine if someone smoked in the room there was a disgusting cigarette smell trapped in the emptied bin. I had to put bin outside and put lavender oil in cupboard under the sink..

Recommended for a family getaway!

Very clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful. The pools are excellent, same for the spa!

WiFi is terrible. My apartment had no signal at all, and Vodafone doesn't works there - I had to walk around the hotel holding my laptop during the night to get some work done. The hotel's restaurant was a terrible experience. It seems pleasant and welcoming at first, we had decide to have our family dinner there on day one, what a disappointment... the food is overly expensive for what it offers. Some main dishes are smaller than kids meals, and tasteless. Get your car and find any other place nearby, you'll be far better.

If you want a relaxing weekend away you can’t beat this resort. everything is at your fingertips and staff are amazing.

It was the perfect family getaway.

it was clean, exactly as described. The pools were great. There was plenty for our little 13 month old to do. The staff were very helpful.

it could have used a little bit more amenities in the kitchen. it had the basics but could do with maybe a couple extra items.

I enjoyed the pool area and BBQ areas ,there was lots of shade which is definitely needed ,the bar is a great idea it really draws in a crowd as you can relax and watch the kids

I think parents should respect the signs about children not being allowed in the spa area as most couples come to this resort to relax and having kids screaming and splashing around in the spa isn't very relaxing
