Small but had many things we needed.
It was unclean from the previous guests upon our arrival. We were told to wait over three hours for a cleaner to arrive. Then the house stunk so bad with chemicals, we couldn’t even sleep in the property

Location was great as our office is located at Adelade Business hub
The stairs - particularly when you are travelling with 20Kg bags this would be a major safety issue for the elderly and medically impaired

Up on 2nd level with no lift. Would suit lightly packed people not for elderly.

There is no elevator in the building so I take it has exercise using the stairs.

The unit is modern, secure, clean, quiet and very comfortable. The kitchen is functional, and it has a full-sized fridge.
It is located about 200m from the center of Pt Adelaide.
* I was not sent the email with the location of the key, or the PIN for the lock box. Ringing the owner got a recorded message that said they would respond when available. but after several tries over a few hours, it was apparent the phone was unmanned overnight. They got in touch with me the next morning to apologize and rectify the situation as best they could.
* My 4wd has a bullbar and would not fit in the secure car bay. But street parking was okay for my situation.
* It needs to be mentioned in the advert that the unit is accessed by 2 flights of stairs. There is no lift. I was okay, but it might be a difficulty for others.

Cleanliness and staff experience.
I loved the cleanliness and the staff they were so helpful. I locked myself out after hours and the staff helped me and made sure my plans for the night were not affected. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in Port Adelaide.

The cleaning of the carpets and linen could be better.
There was hair on the sheets and the carpets, l had to vacuum the apartment.

Very clean and full of all the necessary self contained accommodation requirements. Great location in the Port and felt very safe and secure.
Lots of great little surprises, decorated beautifully and great functionality. Communication was awesome and all
emails contained all information required. we would definitely stay here again and recommend the appartments.
The only negative ( if we are being picky) is the stairs to get to the second floor.
