Nous avons tout aimé, de l'accueil à la découverte du studio. Splendide! Comme à la maison. Je tiens particulièrement à remercier Asma pour sa gentillesse, son accueil et son professionnalisme ! Mais aussi celui qui nous a préparé avec soin notre pizza qui fut succulente🤗. Endroit incroyable, première fois mais nous reviendrons. Studio propre et super bien insonorisé. Il y a un distributeur avec pleins de bonnes choses à manger et à boire😋. Parking sécurisé et lave linge à disposition. PARFAIT. Belle équipe! MERCI😃

J'ai réservé pour mon fils qui venait passer ses partiels à Lille. Logement pratique, bien équipé, proche de l'université. Très calme. Parfait pour venir passer des examens et être tranquille pour étudier. Bien chauffé

Nodig, voor mijn werk ,maar liever niet.

Je moet echt bedelen om schoonmaak. Het antwoord van de balie is meestal dat pas na twee weken schoonmaak aangevraagd kan worden, dan vervangen ze je handdoeken, je bed en je afwas middel plus schuursponsje.

Een goede deal maken over langdurig verblijf van minima drie maanden. Dat doet men niet want alles moet via booking.com. Ik kon ook de rekeningen van mijn zakelijk verblijf pas krijgen na meer dan tien dagen na de laatste checkout datum.

Schandalige prijzen tijdens voetbal en rugby wedstrijden…moet dat nou echt?,

Zakelijke locatie. Af en toe last van rumoerige events in het stadion dat op 100 meter afstand ligt. Je moet maar regelen dat je op die dagen vrij bent. Dus check de stadion events calender.

Regelmatig ongemotiveerd personeel aan de balie. Maar als er een goed gemotiveerd en goed opgeleid personeelslid aan de balie zit, dan is de sfeer goed en dan word je ook goed geholpen. Heeft soms ook te maken met de taalkundigheid. Als het personeel engels spreekt, dan is de service ook beter.

La chambre était bien isolée et au calme.

- Les chambres sont un peu vieillissantes (lino abîmé, lampes tâchées) - Le ménage n'a jamais été fait une seule fois durant tout mon séjour (1 semaine) ; le discours du personnel est variable sur le sujet : une qui dit " il est prévu pour lundi" mais rien n'est arrivé lundi ; d'autres qui expliquent que ce n'est que sur la fin de semaine (rien non plus) ; d'autres encore expliquent qu'il faut faire une demande. Bref, le ménage n'existe pas : vous aurez deux serviettes de douche et deux rouleaux de papier toilette quelle que soit la durée de votre séjour. - Il n'est pas possible de prendre un ticket de parking (seul moyen possible de se garer à l'hôtel) durant plus de 24h : pas pratique quand on reste une semaine de demander un nouveau ticket tous les jours. - Il faut s'armer d'une grande patience pour récupérer la facture de son séjour, si l'on est passé par Booking : la raison invoquée étant qu'il faille que Booking reverse la somme à l'hôtel pour la produire. C'est la première fois que je ressors d'un hôtel sans ma facture. Pas pratique non plus de devoir courir après au téléphone.

I enjoyed this hotel so much that i actually felt sad when it was time to leave..

Absolutely brilliant, there was a slight hiccup with checking in, and my room, but the delightful young lady at the reception desk sorted it all out within a few minutes The location was brilliant for me as the football stadium is only, about 50 or 60 STEPS away, i was amazed by that.. My room had everything (and more) that i needed, it was very clean with all the kitchen amenities etc, and as an bonus for me, you can open the large window..... FULLY..

There was nothing for me to dislike, it was all good..

It had what I needed and great staff. I can't blame you guys for the weather, but you need AC.

The room had everything you need. It's small, which is fine, but had a lot of storage space and all the needed amenities for a short trip where I wouldn't be spending a lot of time in the room. Coffee machine, small fridge, shower. Really great staff too, very accommodating, very helpful. The bald dude who was at front was really great.

It. Was. HOT. The lack of air conditioning was definitely felt. It made it really hard to sleep, especially with how thick all the bedding is. Even taking it all off, it was too hot. The bed wasn't the most comfortable in the world, pillows weren't very good. The whole not being able to check in before 2:00 PM definitely sucks, though. Small rooms like this are generally used by people coming for business, and those flights come in at all hours. Having to sit around and wait in the heat after spending 8 hours on an international flight is a pretty bad time. I understand that this is a thing that happens all over France though, but it's still a huge inconvenience. The guy at reception did let me check in like an hour earlier, so that was very appreciated.

Could have been a great review, but some issues are just unacceptable

I arrived to the room and the toilet was soiled. No soap or shampoo, not a single cleaning during the 4 days stay.

Problem with that water in the shower. No matter at what temperature the water was. Sometimes it was going to boiling water.

If there is cooking oil salt pepper etc simple cooking ingredient it would be more convienient .

Very good

The accommodation is located 15 minutes walk from two metro stations. The rooms are clean and bright with lots of storage space. We were pleasantly surprised by the equipment of the kitchenette, including a sponge and dishwashing liquid. The bathroom is big and clean.

The rooms are small. The bathroom lacks a hairdryer, soap dish, and toothbrush glass.

The WiFi was working properly. There was a small kitchen (which I didn't use). I think it's okay for staying there alone for a business trip.

Not the most fancy bed and the kitchen was very basic.
