A very comfortable and welcoming home.

The property was very warm and cosy and exceptionally well kitted out throughout especially the kitchen. The owner had left a selection of provisions which were greatly appreciated.

Parking is a nightmare.

Beautifully appointed property in an ideal location

Perfect location. The property is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a stay in the area. Very comfortable bed and a quiet area but only a short walk to the centre of Warwick. There's everything you need right on the doorstep such as a supermarket, good pub and Chinese take away if you need them.

Great house in ideal position

Ideal location. Lots of bars and restaurants. Free parking. Nice welcome pack. Would recommend.

Arm chair collapsed when I sat on it & toilet seat not very secure. Both small problems and easy to fix.

Lovely house, close to all the amenities and worth a visit.

Nicely renovated property in keeping with its age. Close to the centre of Warwick. Had everything we needed for our stay. Some nice little touches like a welcome basket, toiletries etc.

Parking was difficult but once parked we didn’t need to move our car as everything was within walking distance. The noise and fumes from the garage would have been an issue of we had stayed inside for any length of time during the day.

Outstanding property perfectly located for exploring historic Warwick.

We thought the property was an outstanding place to stay. It was beautifully decorated and had everything that we needed. The welcome basket was wonderful and the information book provided for guests was one of the best we have ever seen. The property is perfectly located for exploring Warwick and close to loads of great restaurants, cafes and shops. High recommended!

Nothing, it was prefect. Some previous reviews had mentioned difficulties with parking but we found the permit system worked really well and we found it easy to find a parking space throughout our stay.

appaulling service

i liked nothing about the experience

everything when we arrived the street was awful and broken windows in nearby house 2 doors away ,we couldnt get in at agreed time and after contacting the owner to be told we had been double booked ,when we were due to go to a wedding at the castle about an hour later ,so we then had to find another property .the money had been taken out of out account 1 week ago so beware when trying to book this property

Amazing place to stay!!

Fantastic location for exploring Warwick. The townhouse itself is beautiful, unbelievable attention to detail immaculately clean. Couldn't ask for any more. Highly recommended for a stay here. Just parked the car for the weekend and enjoyed all the local restaurants and places of interest... like the amazing Warwick castle.

Great coffee machine I bought one following the visit. Great location and the house cleanliness excellent. Nicely decorated

The house needs a bath. The floor and stairs needs some repair too much noise near the downstairs radiator.

Charming town cottage with all mod cons

Beautifully decorated and equipped. Spotlessly clean, with thoughtful touches for added comfort. Great for a couple or solo traveller.

Fantastic but 1 big change needed to the property....

The house was beautiful in terms of decor and furnishings. Tina was amazing at communication and the location was superb

The bed was possibly the worst we have ever slept on. So unfortunate as everything else in the house was very nice. So uncomfortable I left with a bad back. Could feel the springs coming through, so soft I actually thought it was a water bed at first. Every time my partner would move in the bed it was wake me up as it was so unstable and soft/squeaky. Also the bedding was so thick ended up feeling too hot all night

Really nice house in a convenient location for Warwick Town Centre and Castle, just short walk away.

Breakfast N/A location very convenient to walk into Town and free parking outside, provided a space could be found, in residents parking zone.

Only thing was the double bed mattress was far too soft and springy for our comfort. No complaints at all about anything else - it was a really nicely refurbished house and had everything we needed.

A lovely cosy little townhouse. Clean & beautifully decorated.

Had a lovely few days, the house is beautifully decorated a real home from home. The house was very clean. Lovely welcome basket and hosts. Nice to sit in the small courtyard and enjoy a cuppa after exploring the area. Great to have the use of a car park permit to use during our stay, which we managed to park in the next street nearby. We never used the car during our stay as you can walk to Warwick Castle and into town. Good choice of restaurants & takeaways nearby. We would certainly stay here again. Thank you both.

Just a couple of suggestions - Would have liked a blind in the bathroom., as every window in the house has one except the bathroom. Also the welcome basket is a lovely, but would be nice to find some fresh Milk in the fridge, save going to the shops as soon as you arrive.

fabulous stay in great location!

beautifully renovated , all brand new and spotlessly clean ! very close walk to restaurants and sainsbury.

the only very small negative about the property was the water pressure in the shower was quite weak, so not ideal for a hair wash!

Stay in renovated cottage in Warwick

Had a lovely short break at this beautiful cottage 5 minute Walk into Warwick.. It is a stunning renovation and the owner has put a lot of thought into everything you may need and answered any queries promptly. The added extras of wine, snacks and some dog biscuits were very much appreciated. I would highly recommend it, for a break in Warwick /Stratford Upon Avon.

Bit of traffic noise from main road and mattress a bit soft but otherwise we enjoyed our stay
