it was good vale for money

it is very nice 2 apartment unit in front sea area

Irish bar is 20 meters from bedroom windows and it is really noisy. 3 days a week they do live concert - it must be mentioned in the rental description, that you will have to sleep with noise cancelation headphones to be able to sleep.

Great location, small studio

Nicely renovated Studio right on Esplanade, close to restaurants and opposite beach. Studio was a little small for us. I should have afforded a kitchen, dining area but on a budget.

Check in, no personal service, needs live in caretaker

Great spacious apartment with secure underground parking .

Gound floor apartment perfect for us with being able to walk 5 steps from your apartment and your at the pool . Amazing pool area with some nice lounges. Stroll out the front of the property and you are right across from the main beach . Also plenty of places to eat and drink right at your doorstep. Some great shops just out the front of the apartments too…

Our apartment was close to the laundry area and it was noisy at night.

Good place to stay but with a few adjustments could be a great place to stay.

Quite comfortable for the price and close to beach and all facilities

Door security, you needed to remember to lock the door from inside on exit. Bathroom toiletries could be better, and the bed was a little soft.

My daughter and I absolutely loved our stay in our apartment, the bed was so comfy & nice & big

It was nicely located on the beach front and near lovely restaurants

When picking keys up, there were no car parks near by. We end up parking our car at the apartment and walking back to get keys - not bad, just a little inconvenient.

Great stay, used as a base to visit, Mossman gorge, Port Douglas, Kuranda markets, Mareeba and grani

The apartment was well set up for the 4 of us sharing the main dining and tv rooms. We each had our own separate bathrooms and bedrooms. Plenty or room to move around, good outside dining area.

The kitchen could have had a few sharp knives and plastic storage containers for leftover food. Very noisy at 7am but I would imagine all accommodation in palm cove would be the same.

The apartments are very well appointed, modern and roomy. The location is excellent on the beach front and close to all

The set up of the 2 bedroom apartments was perfect. Apartment 1 was a large suite which includes a kitchen, dining, living room and balcony. The 2nd apartment includes a good size bedroom and bathroom with coffee making facilities. It was the perfect combination for a girls weekend away.

The apartment had everything we needed. A little bit tired, however comfortable and all that we needed.

No lift. Our apartment on the 3rd floor.

Very good

We loved the views from our balcony & the apartment was very roomy. The beds were very comfortable.

Very disappointed there was no lift so we did not go out for dinner or use the pool. I was travelling with my 86 year mother & she needs a walking stick. I will not book anything again without confirmation of lifts available.

Great location and apartments have everything you need for a stay in Palm Cove.

Great location opposite a very lovely beach. Plenty of places to eat although bear in mind what time of year you are arriving as food was not available past a certain time and we were unprepared. Did manage to get a dominoes delivery.

No lift so a bit of a struggle with cases up the stairs. Only two sun loungers around pool but not a big problem as beach across the road.

Poor

Location was great.

Unfortunately this apartment is very tired. It is missing items such as dishwasher, coffee machine, oven that were on the apartment description. Also there was only one large knife which was a blunt bread knife. Had to use the bbq to cook meals although there was no utensils or bbq cleaning products. The toilet in the master bedroom sounds like a wind tunnel. Some of the cupboards in the kitchen are falling off their hinges. There is also a very bright light outside the bedroom window that stays on all night . The blinds are terrible and need replacing. There is no aircon or fan in the living area . The cleaning was not great with squashed bugs on the walls and previous guest rubbish ( used tissues and hair clips) under furniture. Pool looked great but was freezing !

Excellent location close to amenities, cafes & beach. Small apartment was adequate for a couple and on the ground floor had great access to the pool.

Bed was twin beds joined together to form a king, tended to separate during the night and became uncomfortable. Unit was quite small for an extended stay meaning almost all meals needed to be cafe or takeway.

Nice location but noise from the Irish Bar downstairs meant it wasn't always peaceful.

Great location to the beach. A few restaurants really close. Surprised the "2 bedrooms" were actually 2 apartments with a connecting door. Not ideal as we wanted our daughter in the 2nd bedroom, but weren't prepare to have her so far away from us.

The Irish bar downstairs was loud on weekend nights. Really made it difficult to get to sleep. The light in the 1 bedroom apartment made it hard to get to sleep at night as well (the window blinds did a terrible job at keeping the public walkway light out of the room)

Superb

Apartment is good, clean, spacious, nicely styled, luxurious. Big balcony with the furniture including comfortable sofa. Big TV. All necessary kitchen staff for cooking and dining. Across the beach, waterfront, ocean view. Air-conditioner is in every room. Clothes rack, beach towels and beach chairs are all provided.

Toiletries were provided only for one person, booked for 3, maybe just being overlooked this time. Instructions of where to pick up the keys were not clear, the pickup is actually at the real estate office. Noisy at night and early in the morning, as apartment is located next to the bar. Not a problem if balconies are closed. Cigarette smell in the bathroom coming from outside, as the window is not closing, but not too much smell. Blinds are not blockout, so a bit lighter in the morning, not a serious issue.
