This is not a small trailer. The dry weight is almost 6,500 lbs (gross weight is 8000 lbs). All renters must have experience towing a large trailer. All renter's tow vehicles must have adequate towing capacity, payload capacity and a trailer brake controller. If these requirements are not met, the reservation may be canceled. We want your trip to be the most enjoyable and memorable it can be, and we’re here to help if you need anything to make sure that happens. This rental is for a family-friendly camping experience. No smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, or otherwise) inside the camper. Additional $500 deposit required for approved pets. No cats allowed. Note: Generator not included with the rental but may be available as an add on item. Additional Pick up and drop off information: We clean and sanitize the camper between each rental. To address the COVID 19 pandemic: CDC guidelines regarding safety and masks must be followed. Verify that your tow vehicle has the proper towing capacity to handle trailer weight, including contents. If your tow vehicle’s towing capacity is insufficient your reservation may be canceled. Experience is necessary, this is not a small trailer. If you have no towing experience the reservation may be canceled. Your tow vehicle must include a trailer brake controller. All water tanks must be dumped prior to return. If trailer is returned without tanks being dumped there will be a minimum $200 charge taken from the deposit. You are responsible to return the trailer in the same condition in which it was received. If the trailer is returned in a condition other than that, there will be a minimum $100 fee taken from the deposit. If the trailer is returned with excessive cleaning requirement there will be additional fees taken from deposit at owner's discretion. No smoking of any kind permitted inside the trailer. No climbing on roof.
