Terrible place! Don't bother and spend more money somewhere else!

Nothing! The place was atrocious. For what we spent for just the weekend it was ridiculous! The place was dusty and dirty, bedsheets had stains, there was a half bottle of desperado and pringles in the cupboards, and they had the gall to say that we have to come at a certain time since the cleaners will be cleaning! Then to top it off there's a hidden fee of paying £200 deposit! We didn't even stay the night, we went in and took photos and left, hope to god we get reimbursed! And if they even try to take away the deposit we have so many photos to show that the place was a mess to begin with! Horrible place, wish we paid more to go somewhere else!

Everything!!The floor wasn't moped! The table was broken, the cupboards were dusty, we even found cobwebs! Just on random walls! As if they had someone clean the place! We will be flagging booking.com about the place as it was not as described in the description nor the photos! Hopefully less people will be scammed by this place! Because the place was a mess! I recommend spending more money and going somewhere else, not sure how the place has 3 stars! Should be 1!! I wish I could put more photos on but these were the main ones with the most issues! Did they even clean the stove???

Superb

The apartment was very spacious. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed. The bedroom was spotless and the bathroom was lovely.

Couldn't leave the windows open at night as on the ground floor and the smell of weed in the bedroom from the apartment above was very strong

Bring your own cleaning supplies and utensils

It was a 5 min drive to the university of Nottingham. the white goods - fridge, microwave and kettle were new and clean. there was onsite parking.

This property was dirty and not well maintained. It had not been vacuumed, there was mould in the bathroom, the second bedroom had water marks on the ceiling. the blind in the main bedroom was broken when l arrived and fell down after the second day. the headboard smelt of dog and there was a hair and a paw print on the sheets. A TV remote was not provided so could not watch television and l found viagra packets in a drawer. The cutlery and plates had a greasy residue and l was left a used cloth and dish sponge but no washing up liquid.

Dirty and mouldy

The location was good.

It was filthy. There was black mould, orange mould and mushrooms growing in the bathroom which a google search suggested were poisonous. I had children with me and I couldn’t let them in the bathroom alone in case they touched them. There was a pervasive damp, dank smell. The carpets were stained and clearly hadn’t been hoovered. The crockery was dirty and had to be washed before use. I contacted the owner to highlight these problems and got no response.

Was nice

Was really good location the people i was talking with were amazing and the apartment was really nice

There was a lot of noise upstairs and at night there was sound like something was leaking and Infront of the house there was really dirty wit cigarettes

Central located, all amenities at hand.

It was central located, a very short distance from Beeston centre. All amenities were at hand.

The cleaness can be improved. One of the bedroom and the kitchen do not have heating. The heating in the bathroom cannot be turn on.

Dreadful.

Customer service was very poor, refusal to return my deposit - spurious claims about damage to the property that I knew nothing about. It’s an awful place.

We couldn't even stay the night, we had to make alterantive arrangements

Nothing, it was awful. Very nast smell throughout with many dirty marks.

Dirty appartment with stains all over the place. The curtains didn't adequately cover the windows. In one bedroom the curtain was transparent, you could clearly see into the bedroom from outside, even without a light on in the room

Pleasant

walking distance to bus stop. big parking space. 15 to 20min drive to town/city. comfy beds and sofa bed. equipped kitchen.

a bit alarming that the beds in both rooms werent made properly when we arrived. a bit cramped if open luggage in bedrooms but we managed. none of the doors had locks so we had to inform & remind each other if a person was inside. provided not more than 2 toilet rolls for 6 people for a 6 day stay and were notified and asked to provide a bit more but they suggested us to buy more ourselves as they only provide a start up supply.

Ok facilities, but fairly expensive for what you get, given the location.

Washing machine available for laundry. Kitchen was decently well equipped. Bathroom was good, and everything worked there. Small refrigerator worked fine.

The front window in the bedroom would not open--and it was very hot! I was uncomfortable trying to sleep as a result. (This would not be a problem in the winter, but it was a very warm July in 2022, and this was a problem.) Had some trouble getting into the room when I arrived, as the property manager had to process my driver's license and approve my online application, which took longer than expected.

Ok as a base

where to start, The pictures on the site do not show ANY of the pictures of the apartment we were in, the pictures showed a sofa, big bedrooms, tv’s in bedrooms, mirror in bathroom to start, we had none of these. A nice kitchen with everything we needed to cook but couldn’t open the doors as we couldn’t find the keys ( delivered after speaking to letting company) 1 bedroom had blackout blinds that didn’t fit the windows correctly, curtains were flimsy 2nd bedroom had a bed that was “wonky” and a headboard that was broken, every time we moved it squeaked, no blackout blind just the roller for a blind,just flimsy curtains that didn’t keep out any light first thing in the morning. Nowhere to sit comfortably, only sitting area was at the kitchen table The bathroom had a good shower and cubicle but no mirror and sink surround was incomplete We were only in the property for a small amount of time and it was ok as a base but wouldn’t want to spend anymore time there as it wasn’t as comfortable as it could have been Glad to be home for a good nights sleep

We didn't have a pleasant stay.

The location was ideal, very close to where we had an event and close to shops

The patio doors were not opened and we were not provided with the keys. When we asked we were told that the keys would be brought the next day. No one brought the keys and we had no update. The kitchen area was so hot and we couldn't open the doors. Other than the bedrooms, there are no curtains on the main entrance door which is a see through glass door and patio doors. This meant that passer-by could see into the apartment and we had no privacy. To make matters worse, the light in the landing/lounge area is motion sensitive, there is no switch to turn it off. Each time we moved between the kitchen/toilet area and bedroom, the lights went on automatically and because the main door has no curtains or blinds, we were exposed to people outside. This was particularly concerning at night when we would go to the toilet. The photos of the apartment advertised online is not the reality. There were no TV in the bedrooms, no mirror in the apartment, the bedroom is smaller and the layout is different, the toilet and bathroom is of a lesser quality, no cabinets in the rooms just a few hangers hung on the wall. In reality what we paid for is not what we got. The free wifi in the apartment kept dropping off and weak. Not worth using.

not as advertised at all.

It was a lovely bedroom and it was a good location for what we needed it for.

We arrived at the property and we only had one bedroom when we paid for a 2 bedroom apartment. 4 of us were expected to sleep in a ‘super king bed’ which was 2 single beds pushed together. There was no hot water, so the shower was cold, the bedroom windows wouldn’t open (fire risk). On Saturday night when we got back, there were 2 slugs on the kitchen floor, the kitchen oven was disgusting like it had never been cleaned.

Passable

Bedroom and en-suite were first rate. Newly fitted out and very clean and comfortable.

The kitchen/ dining room was very poor. Although the toaster, kettle etc were brand new, the worktops and front door were badly marked and stained and oven didn’t work. Clearly the refurbishment hasn’t as yet reached this room. Disappointing considering the high standard of the bedroom.
