Well positioned base with home comforts

Nice to have milk, bread, and eggs left for us to use. Beds very comfy.

Shame there is no parking, quite abit of noise during night.

Disappointing apartment but great location

Location superb Bedrooms were clean

Gate not working properly Lock on front door not good Kitchen was really not clean Had to boil kettle and clean before I could prepare food or use crockery Hot water did not work Lots of part used items left behind in fridge and in bathroom Shower had no power Just felt grubby and requires decoration in those two rooms Stains on sofa Planks not attached to bed in one room so it sank at the bottom Lots of noise at 2am from nearby pub

Enjoyable 4 night stay in well located area. Apartment lacks TLC

Nice to leave the complimentary bread etc. Very comfortable beds. Nice spacious layout. Good tv. Overall we enjoyed our stay,

Bathroom was worst room. Poor shower. Dimly lit. No shelves or towel rails. Only half a lock on the door. No toilet roll holder. Squeaking door. Shower head rail broken/adrift at bottom. Apartment could be cleaner, dusty in places. Noisy people leaving pub nearby in the early hours.

Beautifully decorated, very comfy beds

Nothing - lovely, cosy flat. Tiny thing - bathroom shower head holder is broken and it’s a bit dusty in areas. Other than that a wonderful place to stay

Fabulous

Stunning apartment, right in the centre, the owners left fresh bread, milk, eggs which was very appreciated. My son enjoyed the smart TV and chats with Alexa, The beds were very comfortable.

Squeaky floors, little uneven floor in the bathroom and sharp steep stairs leading up to the apartment, but none of this has spoiled our lovely stay

Lovely flat, great location.

Location, decor and breakfast/supplies left for us, plus lovely welcome note.

The shower was really poor - water pressure was very low and the dial is not accurate (when pointing at stop, you’re actually pointing at on).

Calming, cosy and comfortable.

Amazing location, almost in the town centre. Decor was tasteful and had a calming effect due to natural muted colours. Super comfy bed, incredibly soft pillows and chocolates 😊 I loved the complimentary breakfast items and definitely took advantage of the wine in the fridge (you just leave money in the honesty box). The hosts clearly know how to make guests feel welcome and happy! Would definitely stay here again, thank you!

disappointing stay

the flat was spacious, nice furniture, bedding , towels etc

the lack of communication from the owners they had agreed to provide a travel cot and set for our granddaughter. They didn’t . Also didn’t respond to phone calls and messages to two different numbers and an email . we were looking after our two grandchildren after , they had been at a wedding with their parents. At first on arrival we thought the flat looked lovely and said so in our messages back to the owners but being upset and wondering what we could to to keep the younger child safe , we started to look at minus points lack of curtains noise from road bathroom particularly shower needs upgrading no instructions re heating no instructions re WiFi no instructions for TV oven needs cleaning parking nearby wasn’t free after 3 it was 6 can you park on the single yellow line after 6? etc this all sounds so negative and just one phone call , even to say that they didn’t have one would have really helped .

Exceptional

The hosts are really lovely. The apartment is warm and welcoming with a wonderful welcome gift of food including delicious bread and fresh milk. The location is perfect, central yet quiet. A wonderful stay!
