Empfehlenswert!

Die Schlüsselübergabe hat super geklappt. Silvia hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und Tipps für Ausflüge ect. gegeben. Die Aussicht vom Appartement ist ein Traum, der Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ist prima. Zum See kann man gut zu Fuß laufen, zurück geht es leicht bergauf. In der Nähe ist ein grandioser, moderner Supermarkt (5 Fußminuten). Die Zimmer können alle abgedunkelt werden und in der Küche ist alles, was man braucht. Die ganze Wohnung ist sehr sauber und die Matratzen sind gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Das Haus liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, so dass es auch nachts nicht gerade ruhig ist. Aber wir haben Oropax benutzt und dann ging es gut.

Great flat but the management needs to learn how to behave towards customers.

Beautiful apartment, with a nice view.

The apartment was great, but the staff managing the apartment was not. At 4 pm when we arrived, the apartment was not ready for check-in (despite the fact that check-in was supposed to be at 3 pm), and when I pointed out that this was not acceptable, I was met with rudeness and accusations, rather than an apology.

Overall excellent value and a great host who was very helpful recommending things to do and enjoy.

The location was excellent. A nice walk down hill to the town. Quite a walk uphill in the heat but regular buses to travel back from town.

No air conditioning but fans in the main living room and the bedroom.

Beautiful apartment

A very beautiful apartment that combines new style and the elements of the last century. There was everything for comfortable living, kitchen was equipped pretty well. All stuff in good condition. Along with that it was very clean. Internet connection was strong and stable. The host gave us a lot of useful tips and was in touch all the time. You can take your pet with you. Not far from the villa there is a big supermarket.

Looks like the garden needs additional watering. The villa is located ~20 min from the city centre by foot. If you like walking, the location is great but if you don’t, it’s better to drive by car. There is a bus stop near the villa, but we didn’t see the buses very frequent.

Very good

The host was so lovely and helpful. The apartment was so nice, the views from it were stunning. It was very clean and spacious. It is a very miles out of Como but can get to by bus but can also walk it in 30-40mins

fantastic but expensive

very spacious appartement, with a good view of the lake and the mountains. windows all around so you can easily ventilate during hot summers. Good starting point to visit lake Como, but you do need a car to get around. There is a supermarket at walking distance, also a very nice local restaurant locandadeltiglio.it.

no table to eat outside although there is a very nice terrace.

The Attic Apartment at Villa Silvia was lovely and we hope to return to beautiful Lake Como soon!

We stayed in the "Attic Apartment" which was a great apartment and we had a lovely time there! Silvia was very kind (we had a problem with transportation that had us arriving later than we thought and she was very patient!) and very helpful with information about Como, etc. The apartment exceeded our expectations -- the view was spectacular and the recent updates to it made it beautiful and comfortable. For sure the stairs are not inconsequential, so it's important to know that there are several flights to get to the attic apartment that we were in. We relied on bus transportation to get us in to Como, and that worked fine.

We are American and would have appreciated a toaster in the kitchen (the oven worked fine in a pinch), but otherwise the kitchen was outfitted well for doing some light cooking, etc.
