Restaurant food is not good. HOtel washroom is dirty and not in good condition.its not value for money.

it was not a great stay, but food at restaurants was better

this was near to the railway station and bus boarding area to tirumala. food here was better than other restaurants

cleanliness was bad, door didn’t lock on the bathroom, Toilets flush didn’t not work, glasses nd kettle kept in room were not clean,

Location is good. Good food at restaurant.

Toilet is not cleaned, don't bother to provide drinking water to the guest, supplied drinking water after my request, broken dress hangers, etc

Disappointing

Break fast was good Location is fine.

No proper parking, Reception guys are so adamant, Intercom is not working Wash rooms are not clean. No lift, we need to use service life which is so ugly.

Will not stay again. I am sure there are better hotels in the neighborhood.

Not much.

Bathrooms can use some cleaning. Wifi doesn’t work at all. Staff is very unresponsive to complaints about lack of wifi. i complained again and again and was met with the same response - we are looking into it. Reception staff is brusque. Only positive feature is the restaurant which has great service and excellent food.

Not worth the money. Expected atleast hot water to be available.

Central location and restaurant available for eating. Room was ok. Food was decent.

No hot water. Had to call up few times and later only mild warm water was coming. Early morning also no hot water, had to bath in cold water. A/c was not working properly. Tv not working. Not worth spending so much on the hotel room.

as we had travelled for tirumala darshanam we did not take much interest in breakfast and neither had at the hotel

room service could have been better

Value for money for a short stay

Centrally located and Centrally air conditioning

The rooms need to be better maintained..the cupboard door handles were loose..the bathroom tap was quite tight..the mug and bucket were clean but quite old..no hand towel
