Ideal for families, this Northshore townhouse has everything you need for a perfect Bass Lake vacation. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace, large flatscreen TV, and is nicely furnished with plenty of space for everyone to gather. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, and a bar area making it easy to cook your meals while enjoying good conversation. The upstairs primary bedroom has a balcony with a lake view.
The garage has been converted to a game room with a pool table and poker/game table, making it a great space for hours of fun. Outside there is a beautifully landscaped yard and a private patio with a gas grill. The townhouse is an easy trail walk to the lake, with access to a swimming pool, spa, and rec room.
Beautiful Bass Lake lets you enjoy boating, skiing, fishing, swimming, hiking, and bicycling. The home is near the Pines Village at the lake, which provides restaurants, a general market, bars, shops, and a full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. The town of Oakhurst is about seven miles away, with shopping, restaurants, bars, a movie cinema, and a live stage theater. The Chukchansi Casino in Coarsegold is 12 miles away.

*Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered by 50 percent during the fall and winter months annually. Because of this, summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We'll definitely try to stay here again. The house is well-stocked and furnished. Super comfortable house with a fun garage. My kids loved the pool table and the nearby pool. I loved the patio where I could drink my coffee and read the Bible each morning while listening to geese. A mama bear and her cubs wondered through the field next to the patio, much to the delight of our family. Our only wish is that the former tennis courts that are right behind the house would be made into pickle ball courts instead of an empty gated field with weeds. Overall, a wonderful location!

This was a great place, we had 4 teens (2 boys, 2 girls) 3 adults and a tiny tinny dog and never felt crowded. Even had some friends over for dinner a couple of the nights and there was plenty of room. It’s a very close walk to the lake, plenty of parking and quick drive to stores & restaurants. It was a great house and we had a wonderful time. Would happily stay here again!

We loved our stay and we definitely plan to come back again! This property was an ideal location for us - close to oakhurst for groceries, right next to the lake, 20 minutes from snow in fish camp. We had an amazing weekend as a family, and the home was perfect for us. We had 4 adults, 1 child, and a dog, but we could have comfortably fit 4 more people. Between the game room, the hot tub, the quick walk to the lake, we loved every minute. Thank you!

Good location, plenty of bathrooms, master bath exceptional, overall quite clean, kitchen very good. Communications very poor as there is no cell service. You may have to drive back into town for your phone to work. Be sure to get the code to the key lock box well before you get there !!

Spacious, clean house with all the extras for our family of 6. Beautiful wildflowers (in June) from patio view. Short walk to the lake. Kitchen full of everything needed. Pool table a bonus.
